Very modern and clean villas. The staff were very welcoming and would do anything to make you're stay that bit more enjoyable. Food was fantastic and staff were very allergen aware. We couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.

More pros than the cons. The only thing i would like to bring it up, We stayed in Villa ONE for 4 nights, which was right beside the reception and in the way to other villas. For Villa ONE, It can be a bit noisy during nighttime, with people returning to their villas.

Smart technology, comfortable bed with good view of the pool, beautiful pool area. Most importantly, staff members i would like to mention. Starting from the security members and reception staff Nike, Bayu, Yudha,Yusran, and the Chefs. You guys were amazing, with great hospitality and great food.

On room check told us we smashed a wine glass when checking out and to pay for it when we actually used it and had it collected by house keeping the previous day, after explaining this they did not make us pay

- The place might be a bit small compared to other villas in the same price range / location but the staff service more than made up for it.

The location pin on grab maps seems to be a little further up the road causing grab drivers to mis-deliver items to the wrong location :(

We were so pampered by the hospitality that staffs Yudhwa, Nike and even the security guards had shown us. The little touches - automated curtains , Google home, smart lights and Dyson hairdryers were so convenient. Food was good - ordering from local restaurants went off without a hitch. Aside from pick up and drop off to their local Mello Spa, we were also offered the perfect send off in a comfortable new vehicle to the airport. We’ll be back for sure :)

Our shower was having intermittent issues with pressure. It was still very usable just took a little longer to get going.

Better lighting in the bathroom above the mirror would be helpful.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The villa was modern with voice controlled curtains, lights, music and tv. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The plunge pool was great and very private. Sitting outside was surprisingly quiet and well appreciated. The Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome addition to enjoy a good coffee before breakfast. The breakfast menu options were excellent with choices for all tastes. Overall, it was a great place to stay with plenty to explore just a short taxi ride away.

Everything! This place is awsome. Exactly how it looks like in the photos. All spotless clean. No bugs. Clean pool. Comfortable bed. Smart home, all connected to google. But best of all are the staffs. They're genuinely care about your stay and your comfort. They're even better than a lot of staffs at 5 star hotels. We will definitely come back.

I LIKED EVERYTHING AND I WISH IF WE STAYED LONGER IN THIS VILLA. We stayed 3 nights in total and if I knew I would have the best time here, I would have book for more nights. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It was a bit far from the livelier areas of Bali, but this is not too much of an issue.

The service is excellent, with many good hotel keepers like Yudha. There is also a receptionist and a security guard always on standby and hotel transportation to the airport for free. Their morning breakfast is very tasty and with a wide range of options. Would recommend to anyone. It is also budget friendly.
