This is a small hostel (6 beds) but it is in a Balinese style house. Beautiful, close to the main tourist area but very quiet. The family lives there and the husband Dawa is a wonderful host. Have not yet tried the brekkie but heard is good. Coming back to stay 4 more nights. Book early, this place is filled up fast.

This hostel was a gem of a place, only 6 beds and is quite lovely with a small area to hang out. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, I loved it here, definitely will return soon.

Fantastic stay in a peaceful place, run by a lovely family which make all they can for you to make the most of Ubud, very helpful with great recommendations. Walking distance to the centre with great restaurants nearby. Make sure you book in advance if you want to extend your stay, it can get fully booked very quickly as it is a fantastic place to stay.

The mattress felt old, as it had a hollow where I laid, so it was uncomfortable and made my back hurt.

Very convenient location, and not noisy because it’s off the busy road. The bathroom was spacious and cleaned everyday, good shower as well. Friendly staff!

The family was extremely welcoming and kind. They helped us book Mt Batur-hike and could also help with other things. Gave a lot of good recommendation with yoga, food and sightseeing and price for things. The bed was comfortable and you could not feel when the other one was turning. It was very close to central Ubud and you could walk to monkey sanctuary, ubud yoga house, palace and water temple.

Small and modest hostel, but run by a family with a big heart, so friendly and making the guests feel like home. The breakfast provided is delicious, the room and bathroom were cleaned daily and amenities were provided (e.g shower gel). I loved my stay there and will definitely return.

The family was amazing. They are very nice and kind, and always available to help. The breakfast is good. The bed is comfy and the room and bathroom are extremely clean. The location is good, with many restaurants, massage, laundry and money exchange shops around.

If you’re not comfortable staying in a big hostel but still like meeting people, this hostel is the perfect choice! The owners are so friendly. If you get the chance, you can experience some traditional Balinese culture during your stay here.

The family is very friendly. The small number of guests makes it a very cozy place and it is great for solo travellers as it is easy to socialize. The last day I had to leave too early and they even prepares breaksfast for me! Highly recommended.

Only one bathroom for 6 people, not really their fault it’s a dorm but a bit annoying in the evening.

The location is perfect to avoid ubud traffic. The family there is super nice and the breakfast is good. They organize tours and transfers, scooter rental. The dorm was clean and nice.

Really the cleanest hostel I have ever stayed in. Location was also great, in a more calm part of Ubud but still close to all the sights. And the owners and the guy working there are so lovely, they are really so kind and welcoming. Ayu (I hope I write this correctly 😄) really helped me, I appreciate her so much. Can’t recommend this place enough!
