The WiFi on the left side for rooms 27 and 26 was weak so hopefully it gets better but everything else was perfect:)

I have been to Jesen inn 2 several times , I love my stay here every time . The staff and the pool are my main reasons for choosing this place :)

The bath wasn't clean on arrival but was cleaned well when the room was made up.

The staff kindly gave me a better room as it was raining and I had an injury. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and large balcony. Breakfast was available with a range of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, clean pool with a breeze. I would stay again.

No electric kettle, no hairdryer. Rat on my floor.

Bigger room with balcony (table and chairs are there) overlooking the swimming pool. Nice surroundings. King size comfortable bed with a bit messy beddings. Bedside lamps, Enough good furniture. Very good WiFi. OK bathroom with hot shower. Toiletries. Minibar. Aircon. I didn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice, clean, inviting. Friendly Reception.

The owner has cages jn which he keeps animals because ‘he likes the animals’. It’s not nice to see them in small cages and it’s not adding to the property. I’ve heard multiple people complain about it and for me this was a reason to not extend my stay.

The toilet never flushed everything away and the shower just had cold or really hot water. Nothing between.

Nice accommodation for the price. We had 2 separated beds and a cute balcony. The pool looks nice too and the WiFi at the reception was really good.

I thought it was poor value this time but that was likely because I booked on short notice, just the night prior. Room 40 is on the third floor, no lift, but if I'd booked earlier, perhaps I would have had a lower floor. There is no kettle to make a coffee. The shower was either full hot or full cold, so taking a shower was time consuming waiting for the water in the line to cool sufficiently.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Bemo Corner and a range of warungs and restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to Kuta Square and the beach. The pool area looks very nice but I don't use hotel pools. Aircon was efficient when I finally sorted it out. I had the housekeeping staff come and replace the remote. The bed was comfortable, and wifi fast and reliable.

The shower has no pressure at all, I almost couldn't get my shampoo out of my hair. Either the water is burning hot with good pressure or cold with no pressure at all. The mirror is dirty and kinda foggy so you don't see yourself clearly.

The inner courtyard is cute and gives the hotel a nice atmosphere. The pool looks clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable / softest I had so far since my 2 months of travelling. The AC works amazingly and the cold stays in the room. There's a balcony big enough for 2 chairs and a table.
