Yes breakfast can be better and the place can do a paint touch up. But the location and hospitality outweighs everything else. Note there is a path going down to the sea for swimming but not recommended as it's mouldy and slippery prone to accidents.

It is truly like all the other reviews. Beautiful location. If you want to do nothing and just enjoy your peace and calm then this is a place. I nearly slept in the pool overlooking the sea 🌊 hearing the calm waves with closed eyes. Kadek is very nice and helpful. She arranged our taxi at very reasonable price 500k to Kelingking. Mart is right opposite the road and 2 nice restaurants on either side. A romantic getaway ❤️

Great location right on beach 30 minutes from ferry port. Waves are lashing on the boundary wall and one can enjoy the sunrise. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Exceptionally comfortable mattress. Great value for money.

The AC seems to have only one temperature setting no matter how you increase or decrease the degrees, but the temperature fluctuates from to time.

The bungalow is located next to an inaccessible beach, but the surrounding was very pleasant. The managers were very friendly and accommodating.

the roads are so bad, we stayed for two nights and the cups nor room was made up the next day.

It is a very long way out from any restaurants, only two near by, the taxi cost us $110 Australian for the day, the island itself is so dirty and messy, I would not recommend to stay, just do a day tour

The room’s bathroom need a renovation ASAP! Definitely the toilette is differing for the other parts of the hotel (which is amazing).

All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They could speak some basic English which is quite enough for communication. Though breakfast is limited in term of choices, but was quite tasty, esp. The local cuisine. Nearby, there are 2 restaurants that serve very good food with reasonable prices too. The swimming pool is abit small but the view is good though

You need to order breakfast on the prior night. There are very few vegetarian options. We ordered pancake, and it was pathetic. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even a soap.

The view from the room was best. Especially the sunrise part.

its a beach view hotel. we can not jump into beach. in that area all the hotels has same problem. good thing is its very close to diamond beach. overall it was a nice experience. value to money. staff was very good.

Very limited breakfast options. No in-house restaurant. Two Restaurants are available at 2min walkable distance on which we had to rely on for food (Seatara is good, Warung is passable). No other food options nearby.

Bungalow is located on the beach and views from the property are breath taking. Sunrise is the moment that shouldn't be missed. Staff was wonderful and arranged everything for making our stay memorable. Pool is great with beach view.

It was difficult to communicate with staff, anything you ask the first response from them is "You pay first" They were so greedy when we contacted them for the taxi, they discussed and confirmed the taxi price for the next day and in the morning started demanding more money for each taxi. We had to find a different taxi, and then they came back and requested to cancel the outside taxi and we ended up losing 4 hours of our trip. The staff was so confused about breakfast that they discussed 1 hour just to get 1 fruit bowl. If the manager and staff were friendly and not money oriented our experience here could been so much better

The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, an amazing sunrise, super clean pool.
