The hotel does not provide WiFi in the room. It can only be hot spotted from the tablet, which is a small inconvenience. There are also a few hidden charges for specific items in the room, make sure to ask your host about them.

It's been a great pleasure to stay at this hotel and the location. It's located inside a lovely rainforest amidst very vibrant nature. The hotel staff are very friendly and are keeping the place tidy.

Really nice place in the middle of fantastic nature. If you want to go to Ubud or just to find a restaurant nearby it is half an hour away but there is a free shuttle bus. I think maybe you can't get both nature and proximity to city life. During our stay I fell in the rice fields and broke a finger. In that situation the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They picked us up near the rice fields, found me an emergency hospital and transportation, and they contacted my insurance company for me. Thanks a lot to you all at K Club. We stayed in a glamping tent which was too humid because it was in the rainy season.

Amazing hotel with great service. We stayed at the sensual tent - a great place for couples who want to experience a private night in the jungle, but in the same time to feel comfortable. The entire staff is making you feel very special, always taking care of your needs. They have made a couple of surprises for my boyfriend birthday and we also get a complimentary floating breakfast at one of their pool tents. The hotel provides different kind of complimentary activities - starting from yoga classes an rice field walks to cooking classes and movie nights.

Servis is top, when you check-in, they make a communication through WhatsApp group-this make everything so easy…food in a restaurant and day club is also good. They help you to rent a motorbike and we got actually new motorbike. Not like everywhere, where you are scared that will not work etc. Rice fields, day clubs, elephants - all these things are really closed

The only downside of the Jungle Villa was the long staircase leading to the villa. While the natural setting and elevated location added to the charm, the stairs could be quite tiring, especially after a long day of exploring. I would love to see an easier access option in the future, such as an electronic lift or an elevator, to make reaching the villa more convenient for guests.

This a unique experience and a very special place that would meet the highest demands. Every detail has been carefully considered. We had the tented experience rather than the villa option which despite it being the rainy season did not hinder our enjoyment of this beautiful resort. Loved the way the main restaurant takes on a club like atmosphere in the evenings with great lighting and music. Best place we stayed in Bali without doubt.

Could provide a better and larger cars to guests esp for families and at checkouts as currently the hotel cars are limited to small ones.

From the time we stepped into this property until the time we left was hospitality at its best. Rooms, service, the entire resort complex and the vibe were exactly what we were wishing for on our holiday. I don't want to mention names as the entire team without exception here operates with a single focus on making their guests comfortable and happy. They are at your service 24/7 and no matter what the topic is, they are super responsive. You can feel their genuine smile and nicities in everything they do. As they say the F&B are the backbone of hotels and resorts, Akar restaurant here is a true testimony to it. Their menu, hospitality, staff etiquette, presentation are par excellence. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Indonesian food. Even their international cuisines are excellent on taste and presentation. Our plan was to have breakfast here and rest of our meals outside. However, we have ended up having all our meals here from day 2, as nothing anywhere else could even come closer. I was so happy to hear from the team here that they are opening a branch in Dubai soon. Ubud was our first destination in Bali and KCLUB was our first stay and they have set the bar really high and made it really difficult for other places in seminyak and elsewhere really diffult to match and impress us although they were big international brands and chains. Congratulations and well done team KCLUB. You guys have really made a difference in our Bali experience.

As a solo traveler, I had an incredible stay at K Club Ubud! Pardi and his team were amazing—always attentive and made me feel so welcome and cared for. The dining experience was a highlight; both restaurants were excellent, but the dadar gulung at AKAR was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The tent accommodations were cozy, though they could use a bit of maintenance, and better lighting on the stairs and pathways would be helpful at night. However, these are minor things compared to the overall experience. Wi-Fi is limited, but that’s exactly what you need to fully relax and disconnect in such a serene setting. If you’re traveling solo and want a peaceful retreat in Ubud, K Club is a fantastic choice!
