United Arab EmiratesNothing much to do within the hotel if you have kids and it's raining, no kids club. The pool temperature in a villa was too cold on rainy days.
It's a nice boutique hotel to stay for a few days while enjoying Ubud. The villa interior is modern and very inspiring, we enjoyed our Villa 15. Staff is super fast with any requests. The food in the restaurants was good, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also went to the spa with the whole family, and had a good massage there. There are a lot of nice places to see around the hotel.

A hotel that can be said three times, a place to come back to again. Unfortunately, we were here for only 2 nights. If I had known that it was so good, I would have planned a longer stay in this place during my trip. We had a one bedroom villa. The villa is perfectly planned, with a spacious lounge area, a large private pool with a view of the rice fields. The bedroom is big enough and elegantly equipped. The bathroom is super Balinese style. Every detail and little thing has been thought of in the villa. K Club was the best thing we enjoyed on this trip. Special appreciation to the staff, it is an example of what attitude and service should be. It can be said that your every wish is fulfilled. A buggy runs through the territory, transporting customers from one place to another. The breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. The restaurant has a happy hour when cocktails are free and small snacks are offered. Very pleasant. We were in a restaurant for dinner. Delicious and with a high level of service. Great SPA area. Good pool area with jungle view. Good location, because there are rice terraces very close.

South KoreaCleaning and maintenance The toilet paper holder was rusty. I was stressed every time I went to the bathroom. There is a large sofa in the living room, but it looks dirty and I don't want to sit on it. The dining table in the living room doesn't seem to have been cleaned. I wiped it with tissue several time, it still came out black.

AustraliaThe Club can be noisy- which did impact our stay, but only for one night. However, we did book knowing that the resort is also a Club and was likely to be hosting events such as dance parties.
The location in the jungle outside of Ubud was stunning and a refuge away from the busy centre of Ubud. We loved the style of the rooms, the readiness of staff to assist with any request. The care taken to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. We will stay again. The restaurant was amazing. The food is beautifully prepared and excellent quality dishes.

Everything especially the villa it was exceptional we switched to a two bedroom villa which was better than the kavana tent, the soursop sorbet was exquisite, the hotel staff and the hospitality was out of this world, the people were so kind and respectful couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a better stay
