I really liked it here but there were a couple of things that could be introduced. Firstly, maybe more on-site activities aside from massages only. Secondly, I ordered food to the room but then this was only collected when I ordered food to the room again/during the daily room cleaning.

This is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was gorgeous. I enjoyed the hot shower and found the shower products provided really hydrated my skin and curly hair. The food was good and the on-site masseuse too. The staff are delightful and so lovely. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape as it is a little out of the way of the town, but you will experience peace and relaxation here.

The staff is beyond great.. They're the sweetest and most helpful you can ever meet.. They made our stay special Lizards and roaches scare the hell out of me but that's a problem all over ubud area and the staff was extremely helpful about it

The bathroom was smelly and looks like it’s something guests always complain about with no improvements. The place could be too quiet at night and you can get bored if you have no plans.

They have beautiful rooms, with a nice view of the swimming pool. The massage from the SPA was spot on.

Just the construction next door which got us up early every morning however that was out of the Villas control other than perhaps not making available the room closest to the construction which is where we were .

Cons (Minor Observations): • Location: The property is a bit far from Ubud center, and the distance is further compounded by traffic, which can make travel times feel even longer. • Bathroom Maintenance: The bathroom could use some attention to detail; for instance, the soap pump wasn’t functioning properly. (However, I’m confident the staff would have resolved it quickly if I had requested a change.) • Limited Dining Options: Though the food was excellent, having more variety on the menu would enhance the dining experience.

Not within walking distance to anywhere and had to use taxi to get everywhere. Did not enjoy the continental breakfast at all. Dinner was average. The setting is lovely if you just want to sit around and do nothing. Staff were friendly and very accomodating and helpful which made the difference. However could not recommend as too far away from everything.

Breakfast was not enjoyable and dinner was average. However when I requested chicken soup for my daughter as we all had samonella poisoning staff were very obliging and helpful… appreciated very much.

I would not say that I did not like it ,but it is a little far from the main UBUD centre.But we had a motorbike and it was pretty easy and convenient

The breakfast was limited but good !They would customize as per your requirements too. The staff is very friendly and make sure they meet your needs.Also,one of the days I was supposed to leave early for a day tour which was at 7am.I requested them to serve me breakfast and they did it to my room on time. Felt really good about that

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are big and comfortable, and we really liked the bathroom. We also enjoyed the pool. The staff is great! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The location is a bit further away from Ubud centre - aprox 15 mins - but to us, that was an asset! It was nice to stay away from the crowds and in an area a bit more local. Would definitely recommend!

I had the best time in Kailash Suites! Everybody was so kind and helpful always with a smile on their face! The place was magical, calm and chilling! Close to Ubud and all sightseeing but not close to noise and traffic what makes it perfect! Great breakfast and food! Safe place for solo traveler as well! I wish I could stay more! I’ll come back for sure!
