Fabulous hotel in the centre of Ubud but feels like you are staying in a villa in the middle of the jungle. The room was very secluded and huge. With beautiful gardens. It also had a private pool shared with the villa above (unoccupied) but didn’t get chance to use it as we were so busy enjoying sightseeing. The best thing about this hotel is the service, particularly the shuttle bus. Although you can walk to pretty much all bars and restaurants, the shuttle will take you and collect you anywhere in Ubud whenever you want. We also had a couples massage and facial which was lovely. I would love to stay here again.

The location was excellent, although it was in the centre of hustling Ubud, you would not know, no noise from the main road. Breakfast selection was excellent. Most of all that made our break was the staff, so friendly & always smiling! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have EVER stayed in! I wish I was still there and would go back in a shot! The staff were incredible, the rooms amazing. We had our own little pool with a two bed villa and it was super comfortable. They cleaned it to perfection every day and then when we returned from dinner the rooms were turned down and made all cosy with the air con at the perfect temperature. The breakfast was superb - masses of choice and we also enjoyed their gym and library. As for the location - unbeatable. Right in the centre of Ubud and you could walk everywhere. Whatever takes your fancy - great coffee and brunch shops, rice field walk just a moment away. Fantastic market. Utterly Perfect. And they provide a complimentary open air shuttle to anywhere you want to go within Ubud.

The room was a little noisy as it was right on the road and our view was of a brick wall instead of a jungle. Check which room you are getting first if possible.

Beautiful gardens and fish ponds. My children adored feeding the fish! Spectacular jungle setting and convenient right on the Monkey Forest road. Friendly staff, helpful shuttle buses, nice restaurant with a good selection. Nice touches like afternoon tea and we enjoyed eating on our balcony.

Wonderful place which felt like home after having stayed there for 4 nights. Good breakfast spread, we had so much fruits everyday. Comfy and clean, and the massage is out of this world!

The service at KajaNe Mua was exceptional, providing friendly, genuine and with a smile. The shuttle service around Ubud was so helpful, the breakfasts had a vast array of options (many vegetarian) and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch too. The location was in the heart of Ubud (close to Ubud Palace, the monkey forest, markets, boutique shopping, bars, cafes, restaurants, massages) yet quiet enough to relax in the greenery of the gardens and by the pool. We can't wait for our next holiday here!

location was great, the staff were very friendly, the layout of the Villa and facillities were great. We liked the buffet style breakfest, the complimentary water, the turndown service, the fact they had a cheuffer service around Ubud that was not on a timetable but just on request. The hotel was intuitive, with mosquito repellant and coils available for guests. Decent Gym too, used most days i stayed and good size swimming pool both in the villa and common area. Thank you to all the staff we interacted with :)

An oasis of calm in busy Ubud! 10 out of 10 for everything. Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you could possibly need. Would recommend to anyone. Busy traffic on road but couldn't hear a thing in our room. Stayed in Room 102. Thank you

Everything, wonderful rooms with huge bathrooms - THE perfect stay in the centre of Ubud. There are private pools to every 2 rooms in a villa, ideal if you book 2 rooms. Loved the breakfast as well, Balinese and different dishes cooked each day an- we did not come to Bali to eat ham and cheese, we totally loved the breakfast! ❤️

The rooms that we were originally booked were not at all good and the access to the room on the top was scary for old people like us. Both rooms full renovation. The bath is not good at all. If some one slips and falls when trying to get out, it will be a disaster. The water is flowing to the side that we get down from the tub. Not at all a nice room.

Genial staff!!!! Best ever. I felt like I was at my mother's home. They organinsed our activities with special prices and prepared birthday cake and room decorations on my brother-in-law's birthday for free. The location is great. On top of that, their free shuttle bus that drops us and pick us up everywhere in Ubud city was amazing. So, my big family 7 people having a young child were able to explore Ubud in a convenient way. Super A+. Hugely thank you for giving my family wonderful and unforgettable memories.

Only thing that wasnt perfect was the gym. The Air con didn't work and it has very little equipment.

Fantastic hotel. We got a free upgrade, into a beautiful pool side room. The staff were exceptional and the food was really good in the restaurant.
