It was a bit further away from everything than I was expecting. The breakfast was fairly poor and the same every morning, it would be lovely and they include variety.

The staff was very nice and the place was very cozy, perfect for a secluded stay. The villa was clean and beautiful with the greenery all around the pool.

The location is a bit hidden and the way there is dark at night so it's a bit difficult to navigate even by car. Nearby area is The breakfast menu is limited and takes a long time to prepare even when we pre-ordered the night before.

After I left Bali, Kama Village contacted me that my plan was not included breakfast but they didn’t realize and ask me to transfer money for 28 people to them(our group was 16). I sent screenshots on booking. com which the description included breakfast but Kama village keep emailing me to transfer the money . Even now I search room on booking, the price is with breakfast. I don’t know what is wrong but you’d better make sure if your plan is actually included breakfast.

There is no TV in the bedrooms, basically zero English speaking TV channels. Water leak in to our bathroom from the room upstairs, we had workers fixing this all day, which made one of us stay in the room for one entire day!

The pool was out of order for maintenance every morning and one afternoon. Staff said quality of water was bad. I specifically chose this offer as it had pool. Unfortunatelly we could bot have enjoyed it.

The road to the villa is very small and only enough for one car. I know there is nothing that the owner can do about it, but that is the thing that I don't like.

I truly like the design, and how our villa is designed to cater for families with a spacious living and dining room. It is also quiet with comfortable bed. The staffs, including the manager, were very hospitable to my elderly parents and that is a winning point for me.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other units. It is in need of an update. It is so far out of the way with no restaurants within walking distance. We actually had a lot of trouble getting Grab food deliveries. The road into the property is very narrow and in terrible shape that we actually had a few drivers refuse to drive down it. Breakfast is included but is very limited in choice which gets boring and we never did get a hot breakfast it was always cold. Although the unit has a kitchen we were told not use the stove except for warming up food, there was no microwave or enough basic utensils to cook anything anyway. This place cannot decide if it is a hotel or an Airbnb. Until they figure that out and fix the road I would not recommend staying here.

The staff are super friendly and as accommodating as management would allow. The daily cleaning was very much appreciated. The gardens around the pool were lovely and the unit was very clean and a perfect size for 2 people.

The breakfast was cooked every morning in the reception area. There are 'no' facilities at this accommodation except a common swimming pool in front of the reception. The individual rooms are very crammed next to each other. The location of this village is very secluded and off the the main Sanur tourist drag.

The interiors and furniture of the room is of high quality.

Loved the mix of Javanese and Balinese interiors. Small hotel, spacious,clean 2 bedroom apartment. off the beaten track but local shop within walking distance, bike or car. Segara beach 10 minutes by car. lovely swimming pool suitable for families. breakfast plentiful either included in the price or pay extra. advise to take own food drink and snacks as hotel only has a small selection. Adi and his team were friendly and helpful. We were a family of 3 Adults a noisy 3 year old ( apologies) and a 3 week old baby ( very quiet and content)

We stay here as our first night after our arrival to Bali so we can easily access to the port the morning to go to Nusa Penida - it's like 10 minutes away from Sanur New Harbor, make sure you communicate to your driver if your meetup point is the New Harbor port or keep track on your Google Maps, or else you'll need to walk 400m to the correct destination.
