MalaysiaThe rotation of Hair Dryer. I cannot believe a big hotel like this doesn’t have enough hair dryer. When I first requested, the HK didn’t mention about returning it and WOKE ME UP at 6.20am just to ask for the hair dryer !!! Second time I requested, I was told to return it within 2 hours. Before 2 hours was up, HK called and asked if I’m done. Come on, it really irritates me!!
Location was good, 8 minutes walking distance from hotel to Plaza Tunjungan 1. And there cafes available nearby. Grab is easy and fast to get.

The best value stay in Surabaya. The breakfast selection is incredible and it is located in a strategic location. You can walk to Tunjungan plaza. I would definitely recommend anyone planning to stay in the city to try Kampi Hotel.

SingaporeCustomer smoke in the restaurant . The furnitures looks a bit worn out. My window has minimum view. No comfortable sofa at waiting areas, just wooden stool.
The receptionist at the was exceptional almost all of them. The staff who attended to me at check in and check is the same lady...please convey my thanks to her. She even remembers my room number. The location is great.

I whatsapp the hotel to check my handbag, and helped me to send the bag using grab to the airport. United KingdomSometimes there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into our non smoking room which was a little annoying, and the corridor can be quite noisy. Other than that no issues at all.
Had a lovely stay at Hotel Kampi. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, always happy to assist with any queries or requests. The room was big and bright with decent air condition. Housekeeping was every day with fresh bottled water! Breakfast had a good selection and the location is perfect for visiting local sites around Surabaya.

Lovely new hotel at an excellent location. The reception and the door guys are very polite and responsive. Breakfast has a good spread of food and the porridge is my favorite. The huge and expansive Tunjungan Plaza is just few minutes walk and across the road. Cut through Pizza hut and aburger King road. Take the lift up to the overhead bridge. Many cafes and warongs or food stalls scattered around the Apsari Park with excellent local food. Will definitely return as it's value for money.

FranceCleanliness could be improved: hairs in the bathroom and faint stains on the bed sheets. Also, the double bed was in fact two small beds pushed together.
Nice, well maintained room, with enough space. Bathroom was very comfortable. The location is ideal, the hotel is quiet but in the heart of a very happening neighbourhood. I would go back if again in Surabaya.

You can explain your preference for Kampi Hotel like this: I like staying at Kampi Hotel because it is conveniently located near Tunjungan Plaza, which makes shopping and dining very easy. Additionally, there are many great coffee shops and other attractions close by, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
