We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wonderfull location! Kadek is a splendid and professional host. He made contact whit a driver for our tours. He was from start honnest about some problems whit water in de villa. The swimmingpool was top and also the outside kitchen.

Indonesia-There was only 1 television in a living room, but didn't work (no satellite)😄 -Pool was freezing, it was not warm/room temperature pool, but it was OK. Kids still enjoyed it anyway.
It's a perfect place to have private place and complete kitchen set with your family. Our kids were happy. They liked it here. It was very enjoyable. We might come again 😊

SingaporeThere are many mosquitoes in the house. Far away from the town. Bare minimum essentials provided. The bedllnens are not very clean.
It is located in a very quiet estate, pretty far from the town. It is value-for-money for the 4-bedrooms villa. If you like a peaceful environment, this is the place. Plus point, Netflix is provided. Staff are friendly.

United KingdomCleanliness was a slight issue, and the property definitely needed some maintenance (plaster coming off walls). AC needed purifying as it was a bit dirty. Bathrooms smelled quite bad and of sewage. Towels and bed covers really needed a good clean (or some brand new ones!) Kitchen appliances quite basic (no microwave or toaster). The owner was also doing some construction next to the villa - he did tell us on arrival and did apologise afterward. It was quite loud and would definitely be a big issue if you were planning to stay in the villa the whole time. Luckily we were out quite a bit so didn’t overly bother us, but the times we did stay in the villa all day, it became quite annoying and loud.
The Pool & outdoor space was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Location was as described. Friendly owner & responsive. Each room had own en suite & AC. Spacious living room. Cleaned two times a week.
