    Rooms are too close to the road, so we heard traffic noises from outside despite the doors were closed.

    Wonderfully breezy, great views, very big and comfortable bed, friendly and attentive staff.

    It’s new , much of it still under development. Pool closed , sea rooms still being constructed. And doesn’t feel homely right now

    Yes they gave me a super extended check out time , Which I’m really appreciative of. Food was excellent . Service very warm

    We only dined at one of their restaurants and there is room for improvement, although we also ate at other hotels and restaurants on the island and it seems they are not alone. But I'm sure things will only improve.

    Where to start, first impression was jaw dropping walking in to that amazing lobby with that unforgettable view, then being welcomed by all the beautiful staff. The room amazing, much nicer than a lot of 5 star places. The view from the room spectacular. Rooms are cleaned well and there are lot of personal touches the staff add, that guarantee a unique and memorable stay. The pool (we only used the lower one) is stunning. They offer paddleboarding and kayaking and the staff are very caring and patient with newbies. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is travelling to Labuan Bajo, we cannot wait to return.

    The lead staff are experienced but the other staff are not. I ordered a virgin mojito over the phone but the staff brought me the mosquito spray. I ordered it again and told the staff I wanted to pay at breakfast tomorrow and he said okay, but then I got another call from the restaurant 10min later saying the drink must be paid tonight and they sent someone to my room to pay for the drink at 11pm… this whole interaction is ridiculous They couldn’t get deposit from both my credit cards somehow. One is the Apple Card and the other is a Bilt card. I also encountered an AC problem in my first room on the 8th floor. The AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room. They changed my room to the 9th floor on the second night and the AC worked well This hotel is not a resort yet. They are supposed to have multiple restaurants and swimming pools, but they only have one open each at soft opening. If you want a resort experience in early 2025, this is not where you should stay.

    The croissant at breakfast is amazing. Great room and hotel design. Lead staff are experienced and simply great.
