SingaporeLoved the idea of having a second floor loft, however due to the position of the air conditioner the second floor never cooled down and was always warm and humid so we never got to use it. Not sure if it was just our room though. It's a small matter but worth noting in case anyone is expecting to use it! another thing is that the location is slightly off the main seminyak area so it you have to walk out at least 10 minutes to get to places. However the hotel does offer free shuttle service to nearby seminyak square shopping area!
Hotel was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and will go the extra mile to assist us. The room was also beautiful as its a loft style so the ceiling is very high. The private plunge pool was a nice addition. We stayed over the nyepi period and it was nice that they provide activities for the day too.

Breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious, swim up bar was great, close to the beach, drop off service into main square, room was clean and serviced on request, pool in room was small but great, staff were amazing the whole time.

AustraliaMy only fault to this resort was that the gym isn’t very big and doesn’t have a lot of gear.
Our two bedroom suite was wonderful. It was clean and large, the suite private pool was large. The location is amazing, the staff, you couldn’t fault. Friendly, attentive, kind, helpful. The buggy service was super helpful when it was raining to get places that were close. The spa service was incredible.

Breakfasts are very good. Staff are so helpful all the time. We enjoyed our spa experience in the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle in to Seminyak which we used as it did rain quite a bit. Bed was comfy and there is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen area. Our air con was leaking and they sent maintenance almost immediately to fix. The property next door was doing some work and drilling started early morning and lasted all day. I asked if we could move and they did move us. We enjoyed Seminyak - lots of places to eat and drink. A super holiday - loved having our own pool. Fruit and welcome drinks/ soft drinks on arrival. Radek was our villa attendant and couldn’t do enough for us. Wonderful service!
