I would give a 10 but next time we would like rooms on opposite side of the road. We heard motorbikes quite loudly.

This is a fabulous small hotel. Most comfortable bed and pillows we had in Bali. Lovey spacioys room and bathroom. Beautiful balcony looking out on the pool. Next door to Icon mall. Beach access. We definitely want to stay here again.

Good location in Sanur. Near the beach, next to new ICON Bali shopping mall. Liked the pool area, the suite with open bathroom. Felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. Very clean, no odd smells and mold in the room. Good room service. No breakfast in the property, provided in the neighboring restaurant (ok). Recommended if in Sanur.

Location is awesome next to Icon Mall, but there is also a downside; traffic noise never stops. My room was on that side of building where mall is located and I was able to hear everything. I would bring earplugs next time. From other rooms I didn't hear anything.

Room was awesome, huge bed and plenty of space to store your clothes. Nice little things, like getting cookies every night when staff comes to open your bed, made me feel super special. Pool was awesome too, always beds available and nice and clean garden. Lots of squirrels to watch while you hang out on your balcony. Staff was polite, smiling and helping without even asking.

Our entry had a water leak on our last day - we think it was the air conditioning.

The breakfast facilities could have been better. The food was good but limited. I was expecting an onsite restaurant, but it seemed to be a separate place next door. Plenty of good breakfast spots are nearby if it's not to your taste.

After a long fight, I arrived late at night, and it was great to be welcomed with friendly staff. I only stayed for a few days at this small hotel, and there was plenty of time to explore the surrounding area and the beach nearby. As always, in Bali, the staff make these hotels a pleasure to stay at. Will consider staying again when I return.

We love Kejora, it is in a great location close to many excellent restaurants, cafes and the new ICO shopping mall, with secure beach access and the staff are wonderful, with the rooms kept perfectly clean.
