Lovely quiet location. Beautiful gardens and well maintained. Cleaning was great and the rooms are very inviting. Komang and the staff are very accomodating and always on hand to help with anything you may require.

Our aircon needed servicing but was ok, started leaking last night of stay. Villa was a little bit far from main area of Lembongan, also be mindful walk to Villa very dark at night you’ll need torch

Lovely staff organised everything from tours to bike rental for a very good price. Our room was cleaned every day very efficiently and quickly. Our room included breakfast was yummy with decent options. Orange juice was the best, also decent coffee was good.

Loud dogs barking at night. Could have just been our room and we only stayed two nights, so may not be a common accurance.

Beautiful location, lovely staff and bonsai trees. The rooms are stunning and amazing pool. Yummy breakfast and welcome drink. Staff were super helpful and arranged motorbikes for us also.

The place is a little more out the way than we were expecting - it's walkable to Mushroom Beach, etc. but you do need to navigate some unlit walkways when venturing out after dark. The room and bathroom could do with a deeper clean between guests. With the curtains closed for privacy, the room is a little gloomy. Nothing major, though, and we still really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with good working air con and fridge. The gardens and pool area are lovely and well maintained, with comfy sunbeds and pool towels provided. The breakfast offering is fairly basic, but very tasty. The location is good for Tamarind Beach and not too far to walk to Mushroom Beach and several bars and restaurants. Komang and all his staff are friendly and super helpful. We felt welcomed and well looked after.

The family room was a great size! Plenty of room for a family of four with two energetic boys (11 & 9). The pool is right out front of the room which was great as the kids could jump in and out and we could keep an eye on them. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Water is available so no need to buy. We loved the intimate space and it’s relative proximity to Mushroom beach. There is a signposted shortcut through a field to the Main Street with a small amount of zig zagging. Take your phone/use a light if trekking back at night. The cow and her calf gave us a fright on the first night walking back but I’m sure she was more scared of us! Would be more than happy to return!

Relaxed and quiet with a lovely villa, friendly staff and great pool. The location was slightly out of the way but 200 metres had you at great places to eat or get a massage.

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Kencana is such a beautiful place. Exactly what I needed. Off the beaten track a little but still quite close to shops if needed. Just a short minute stroll to a massage shop, coffee shop, local food mart and restaurants etc. The owners were very accommodating and helped with our needs. They helped organise multiple scooters also. I travelled with my family, 9 adults plus 6 kids. We were never quiet. The staff are there from 6.30am -9pm everyday. From maintaining the gardens and pool, cleaning rooms daily and also making breakfast. Highly recommend

They came to pick us up from the facility where we had stayed before. The banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious and the kids were happy. The morning Bali coffee was also delicious. It was about a 15-minute walk with the kids to Mushroom Beach. There are many restaurants on the beach, so we had to go to the beach for dinner. The pool was very clean and beautiful!

The room was massive and so clean and smelt beautiful! The room was big enough for two adults, 3 children plus a very comfy provided portacot for the baby. Honestly can’t fault it! Wish we could have stayed longer!

My stay at KENCANA was truly wonderful. The property is beautiful, but what really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the host, Komang. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always ready to assist with a smile.
