Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location. Wonderful room with the most comfortable bed ever!! Netflix access, reliable wifi. Attentive staff, great food and very very relaxing. Would have liked to stay longer and will def be back.

The room smelt quite musty but that's quite common for the tropics, just a small thing. Smoking is allowed outside but unfortunately the rooms are so close to the outside smoking area that you open your door and are met by cigarette smoke, all day long. Not great while staying with children.
Close to the beach, comfortable rooms, Netflix and tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.

We had to leave to soon
The owner and staff cant do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great just a short walk down to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The rooms are big and clean beds are super comfy and theres Netflix if you fancy a movie night. Excellent choice of food and drinks at the accommodation. We will definitely be back.

The staff was so kind, the room and terrace were very clean. The surroundings were quiet but the beach and main road are so close. The food was fantastic!!

Amazing stay! Beautiful property with spacious rooms, outstanding staff, and a fantastic location just a few hundred meters from the Keramas surf break. Highly recommend!

Nothing to dislike really.
Everything:- swimming pool, staff, cleandiness ,very quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and you have netflix if you want a movie night. Keramis beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. I enjoyed the evening walk along the beach.

My room on 2nd floor. The stairs lil bit high, so it think it’s not suitable for elder and child. But thank God i choose another room on 1st floor for my parents.

The night before our check out I told the staff I will be leaving sharp at 6am but she didn’t take it seriously upon my check out time as I need to rush to the airport. It was a bit hustle for me to get my deposit cash back. After few attempts on calling other staff didn’t blame her coz she off duty. But whoever on duty that I approached the night before is really unprofessional for being late and causing all of this unnecessary experience early in the morning during my check out!
The location is walking distance to keramas beach. The room is really pretty decorated and the staff very very helpful. Overall we both loving our entire stay in the villa.

The only disadvantage that we could think of would be the lack of washing machine- we did go to a local one instead - 10 min walk
The owner and the staff - very nice and pleasant. The place is great, if you want to focus only on relaxed activities. The only attraction nearby that is worth visiting is the zoo/safari. We were tempted to do the diving trip (even after checking out and staying at another place) but got sick so eventually any water activities were not an option - but it looked very exciting. There is a nice bar/restaurant just by the beach with cheap prices - worth checking out. The room was amazing, we felt like everything is designed perfectly. The place is amazing, our best choice on Bali and the price is very reasonable.
