Awesome location, very peaceful, close to town centre, great service. Delicious breakfast served on your private verandah. I’m a celiac and messaged to say I needed a gluten free breakfast and was given a loaf of home baked gluten free bread each morning with my breakfast order 😊

It’s not accessible by a car. You need to get to the pickup point by can and get on a bike from there.

It’s located in the middle of the beautiful rice terrace. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful place away from Ubud’s busy atmosphere.

Just to repeat what all the other reviews say, it is a fair walk to the town or to get picked up but staff will be happy to drop you there if you ask.

Everything about it was wonderful, I felt so comfortable it was gorgeous, the staff are wonderful and friendly. We had a little problem and it was fixed straight away. When I was feeling unwell Kidem went to get me something from the pharmacy. It was truly the best place I’ve stayed. Just book it and you’ll see.

Kidem Ubud Villas is truly second to none. With exceptional service, attentive staff, and an owner who personally ensures every detail is perfect, this is a haven of tranquility and hospitality in Ubud. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place. We loved being able to listen to the frog chorus and watch the firefly show from our outdoor seating area. It was quite magical. The tranquil plunge pool was an added bonus we were not expecting. There was also a very cute friendly dog (the owners) who visited us every day. She was delightful. Amazing! Thank you

Can’t praise enough. 5 min motorcycle ride from the busy Ubud streets (owner will give you a ride). Peaceful rice fields, nice neighbourhood (including fireflies crickets frogs chickens - so prepare earplugs and eye mask). I went to market with owner at 6am, he bought everything fresh himself every morning (rain or not) - we saw nice dragon fruit and jackfruit and he got it to make special ad hoc creative fresh pancake for breakfast for me. Love it!

Everything was perfect

Here’s a refined version of your review: Kidem (the owner) took care of us with so much warmth, and his team was just as amazing. Every day, they cleaned and organized the room perfectly and served a fantastic breakfast 😋. This hidden gem made our stay in Ubud truly special. There are many great yoga studios and cafés nearby. Just a heads-up, you’ll need a motorcycle as it’s a bit far from the main street. Otherwise, Kidem is always happy to take you to and from the area whenever needed. They really are the best! 😁

Very friendly staff, they helped us with the luggage to and from the villa, they were very flexible to our needs. Breakfast is also very good. Amazing location surrounded with the nature, but beacuse of that a bit away from the main street in Ubud, but gojek can take you directly to the villa if you don’t like to walk.

The only thing is the 19 minute walk from the villa to the main street - but hey, good exercise.

Kidem, his family and his staff were all lovely people who never failed to make us feel like home. The villa was super clean and the design was unique and cozy at the same time. Kidem even made us his own herbal tea and offered to make it as many times as we wanted to. We could tell that he really cares for his customers. His dog also visited us several times in the morning - super cute and friendly.

Beautiful location very much off the beaten path. Villa was super comfortable including bed and spacious bathroom. Staff wonderful and breakfasts so delicious! It was a surprise that only moped traffic up there so was a challenge with luggage. But worth it and they made it work. Also loved visits from Tutu
