Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

We love absolutely everything about this place. We arrived late night and Ketuk welcomed us. He was very attentive and servicial during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to arrive that late as the road is dark and zig zags around the mountain- you need an experienced driver to drive over there !! Perfect place for relaxation, great views and nature. Ketut was always attentive to our needs, we loved him playing traditional Balinese music every morning while we had breakfast. He also arranged us our transportation - to rent a scooter and to come back to Ubud. The room is small but comfortable, there is Ac and WiFi works well. We liked staying in a traditional Balinese housing and have tea at night in the quietness of the place. If you are looking for being in contact with people and away from the caos in Canggu and Ubud, This is your place to stay!

AustraliaBeautiful garden setting in a very quiet area. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the meals were good. The area is great for walking - noting the any long walks will require some very steep climbs. Four great waterfalls in the area within walking distance of the property. Very little tourism in the area. Local residents all super friendly - it helps if you can speak a few words of Indonesian.

Germany-
Beautiful location, amazing rooms, great pool. Everything was very clean. Great manager Made who helped us having a very unique experience. Our son played with his son, they had kites and it was beautiful to see the 2 boys connect. Our son even got to come on the scooter to pick up Kadek from school! Logfire in the evening is highly recommended. We hope to come back one day!

PolandBali Hidden Space Villa is simply amazing! We enjoyed it so much that we already miss it. This place has everything - an incredible pool, stunning room, delicious food, laundry service, tour guides, and a driver. It’s a complete stay in every way. The staff and the manager were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved chatting with them—they truly made us feel at home. And the view? Absolutely stunning and breathtaking.

AustraliaIt’s noisy. Lots of noise in the early morning. We are early risers so didn’t bother us as much. But also noisy at night time. And we also heard cock fighting during the day which wasn’t too pleasant but not the hotels fault.
It’s very new and has amazing facilities. Pool is gorgeous. Good food. Great staff. Great value for how cheap it is. Close to waterfalls.

United KingdomI could not fault the place, if I try my hardest!
What an amazing place!! A true exotic paradise location! Beautifully set, high in the mountains, this new built mini-resort provides all you need to experience the serenity, fantastic nature and friendly ways of local people. The bamboo cabin is so pretty, neat and comfortable - a large bed with a canopy and moskito curtains (not at all needed in February!), lovely wooden furniture, the bamboo finish and the lovely bathroom surrounded with the view of the local greenery and the mountains. Unforgettable. Eating area under a roof with 360 views of the surrounding nature, the beatutiful pool, fire place area and the vegetable garden for the needs of the resort's kitchen. The team is really nice, with a good knowledge of English and catering for any needs, including transfers, local trips and food requests. Local people are most friendly. They live modestly but are so rich through their culture and religious rituals, architecture and devotion! A real privilege to be a witness of some of it. A half day trip to the natural water slide, Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls, cliff jump and the trek across the rice fields and the woodland - a once in a lifetime experience. Amazing views, overwhelming sense of power of nature and how local people have learned to peacefully harness it to their needs. A truly wholesome experience!

HungaryAt the waterfalls the local hand made tea and coffe shop was very expensive, or maybe, that we were cheated only. That was a bad feeling.
The location was amazing, jungle, waterfalls, "the real Bali". No "cool" vegan restaurants, bars, tourists, or crowded markets. Real Bali it is - jungle, waterfalls, narrow mountain roads and local people living very poorly, with lot of smiles, and they are very helpful. I recommend Bali Hidden Space accommodation with a good heart. Extra good service and heartfelt kindness, a family - that is who they are. We just arrived at the time of their religious holiday, we saw beautiful balinese dance and music, it was amazing and absolutely local. The hotel's young chef is Ketut, he cooks magnificently, you can ask for anything delicate and he cooks it. We ate many good food and he made them all. The polite young manager, also called Ketut, is playing beautifully on balinese musical instruments, only for us, as kindness. We thank them, their whole family to make our travel so beautiful. One advice: you need a good car/motorbike there, because mountain roads are very narrow and steep, no luxury car, but a strong one.
