The ladder up to the loft is quite high and I wouldn't recommend it to a family with very young children.

The staff is very nice and professional. The place is very well maintained and peaceful. Very luxurious experience, with welcome drink at checkin, fruit basket in the room, free massage voucher, free bicycles, afternoon tea/coffee, sweets and water before bed, private transfer to/from airport. The breakfast was amazing, very nice food and beautifully presented. It felt like being in a 5 stars resort.

The bathrooms were clean but smelt like they needed a good airing out.

Like a little village, it was sweet, safe and comfortable. The staff are quiet and unassuming, happy to help but not in your face. The food served was delicious and reasonably priced. Located down a residential road, with a great massage place, a laundromat and access to the Main Street. Good location. Try the Mexican nearby.

The eye for detail of the staff was amazing. The resort is really a place where you can relax and enjoy an amazing comfortable stay with very clean villas, a really good restaurant and a super friendly staff. There is free pick up from Sanur harbor and also free taxi service towards the airport included in the price. Everything was way beyond our expectations and if we would have know, we would have stayed here more nights before flying home.

Everything was great. Just massage with we got for free for 15minutes was very bad. Girls didn’t pay to much attention to massage and just randomly touch us. So we cannot recommend the massages there.

It was amazing place for relaxing for last 2days in Bali. The resort is not big so there is privacy and is close to beach, just 10minutes walk. The staff was so kind and helpful. After check out we were able to stay in resort and enjoy the pool as our flight was planned for late afternoon. The food and breakfast was very good. The villas are very clean.

Our holiday in Bali was magnificent staying in Klumpu Bali Resort! The hotel premises is beautiful and well taken care of, an oasis! The villa was amazing and just perfect for our family of 4. The entire hotel staff was super friendly, service-minded and made their all to make us feel special from day 1. The food was delicious and always plated beautifully. Every single detail has been thought through in this hotel, so if you have a chance to book your holiday at Klumpu Bali Resort, don’t hesitate a second! No doubt about it that Klumpu is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We loved every single second!

The free airport transfer was much appreciated. They served us a lovely cold drink, snack and chilled hand towel to refresh when we arrived. Staff were great, friendly and professional. The pool was a nice temperature and very clean. Lovely, well kept gardens and quiet surrounds. Room was beautifully decorated, nice lighting, clean and comfortable with traditional robes and slippers too. Turn down service a welcome surprise with delicious chocolates left cutely wrapped on the bed when we returned from dinner. Tasty and filling breakfast. Free bike hire too which was handy for the short ride to the beach. Complimentary 15min massage. Couldn't have asked for more.

Such a Devine way to start our Bali experience. The rooms are lovely so quite comfortable and amazing service from the staff. The food delicious and fresh that dragon fruit smoothie bowl yummm! Special Thankyou to the massage therapist Mila she is very gifted the stone massage allowed me to fully relax into my holiday mode.

A minor point: Instead of a present grey colored fabric bath/foot mat, a common white foot mat could be considered.

Klumpu is amazing. We chose it with the belief that it is one of the best hotels in Bali, and it was! First, Klumpu knows how to make a special day memorable. The hotel prepared a dragon mascot musical instrument with which we had fun at the moment of countdown. In addition, it served all the guests with canapés and drinks to celebrate the new year. Second, we liked a spacious room, comfy beds, and the fridge filled with nice snacks we were willing to pay for. Third, we loved delicious breakfasts, which served at our place (or at the restaurant or the swimming site), afternoon tea and evening water and chocolate. Most of all, we rode bikes around pretty and peaceful allies as Klumpu allowed us to use nice bicycles for free. Overall, our three day stay st Klumpu was very pleasant!
