The villa was super private, comfortable and clean. The pool was big and deep enough to enjoy my private time fully. Food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The restaurant considered all my dietary needs and offered a few options. The view was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The mattress needs replacing, and the bathroom could benefit from a magnifying mirror.

Fantastic Villa with total privacy and a perfect view of the garden, ocean, and surfers out on the waves. Delicious and complete breakfast, eggs Benedict on the regular menu! All amenities in tip-top shape, WiFi fast and stable. Staff is so dedicated, from gardeners to front desk. We'll come again!

very limited food options. the restaurant being right on the beach, I would expect more seafood variety in the menu

alot of insects outside the room but inside its fine ( dont open the glass doors), the bed sheets werent always clean but you can ask them to exchange it and they will do everything they can to help you. also food variety needs to increase

The complimentary fruits in the room wasn't fresh enough and caused a hectic bug attack during one of the night. Unfortunately, I had to choose to change a room before bed because they can't solve the problem.

Staff always smiling and caring whenever you see them. Ocean view villa is a 10/10 score. The quietness and privacy of each villa deserves an applause. The Wifi range was good on most area, even extending to the beach. Excellent room service and house keeping. They serve really good afternoon tea and breakfast.

Some small details around the villa could have been kept a little better. The path from the pool to the shower needed some upkeep and a few places outside could have used a fresh coat of paint.

The room service was not good, you leave the room to be cleaned and when u come bck u can see that staff forgot to remove impty dish, glass and sometimes the bck yard door they forgot to close while insects can enter the room. Bed sheet were not changed for couple of days, they were the same dirty ones. The location is very far from the city, it will take at least 1 hr to reach any place. There was no variety of food, we were ordering the same dishes every day.

Everything was amazing! The best villa/hotel I have ever been. We are from Europe, so the expectations are realy high, but Komaneka exceeded everything for all our company!

the villa needs some small fixes, fresh paint on the garden walls, the outside wood needs some care, but nothing major at the moment.

- the view from the pool/terrace - room service was super fast - everyone is super nice and try to help you - massage was great - you can easily take a taxi to ubud for a day out

It was perfect , I liked everything.

The location is stunning , our villa overlooked the gorgeous clean black volcanic sand beach . The breakfast was delicious- had pancakes a lot - there is a yummy complimentary afternoon tea everyday . Our villa had a pool so we barely left the villa for four days , only to walk on beach and eat dinner . It was so relaxing. The staff were so special.

No complaints to be honest just so there always a room for improvement i would suggest kid’s activities to be introduced. as to the location its abit far from everything so you will need to find your way out. the pool was amazing with the view its just if there was a heated pool it would have been perfect.

Simply one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The room is extremely spacious, the private pool is amazing. Travelled here from Europe and just shocked by how everything is cheap and awesome. The breakfast is fantastic, literally feels like a fine dining experience. Plus staffs treated us like royalty.
