Location is very good close the main areas, you can rent a motorbike nearby hotel daily 100.000 ıdr . Staff is amazing.

Breakfast was very good we loved the variety & friendly service and we were never hurried. The pool was beautiful & quiet at this time I was a bit sad I had no hot water in my room however I mentioned this at checkout. I wished the reception area was a little more exciting I felt it needed more the the beautiful culture of Bali It was very bland almost like they didn’t care about the first impression. I must say I was concerned about the hotel when I arrived as I expected more ambience. So easy to achieve in your beautiful Ubud

Only things I felt missing were: Face washers in the room were none, hard to wet shave, shower, or remove makeup etc without these. Power outlet for charging your phone/tablets near the Bedside tables. The rooms have only one on the rights side of bed. You then have to place both phones/tablets on that one side of the bed. Not making its easy if you use your phone as moring alarm and its on your partners side of bed.

Everything, the room, restaurant, the pool, the amazing massages at the spa, (truly talented massage technicians, and great prices) the internal garden and the location. But the number one thing that makes this hotel great is the staff. 10/10 outstanding. Went over and above every minute of our stay to make us feel, welcome, important as guest. Often felt like you were in a posh private residence as the service was soooo attentive and welcoming from every person we had contact with. BIG shout out the the front desk team and the restaurant team, (truly amazing). Thank you thankyou, thank you. We will definitely be back.

How spacious tge room was they think of everything indoor slippers for walking around the room. Beach bag to use when you go by the pool, I cannot fault this hotel the food the people the location I highly recommend a stay here

Too many moosquitos. Rooms should be equipped with a mosquito lamp or similar to be able to rest at night instead of chasing mosquitos.

Beautiful restaurant and pool facilities, excellent initiative with the internal yoga courses, thematic Bali dances dinner, afternoon tea refreshements. Staff very kind and prompt in responding to requests.

It will be nice if the toilet room has it own separated light so we didn’t have to light up the whole bathroom when using toilet at night.

Beautiful hotel in Ubud town center and short walkable distance to many Ubud attractions. The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated the ground area with tropical plants that helps cool down and please to an eyes. Room is big with balcony, good self controlled air condition. Bathroom is extra big with shower area and free standing extra large size bathtub. Complimentary fruits and a jar of cookies in room. We stayed for 5 nights and felt so comfortable here, staff of all level were so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

It’s location is very good for exploring Ubud, up to the rice fields, on foot. The room was very comfortable indeed. Restaurant at rear of hotel overlooked the pool and an area with various mature trees. Staff throughout provided excellent service.

There was a funny smell at the pool area sometimes and breakfast was quite limited and basic.

Overall the Komaneka at Rasa Sayang was amazing. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, only downside is if you are on the south side at the front of the resort you could hear some bass from the closest bar/nightclub until 1am.

The rooms were huge, netflix on the tv, rooms were very clean. Staff were amazing.

Excellent location right in the heard of Ubud yet the hotel feels very tranquil. We stayed in one of the rooftop villas and the room was fantastic, very spacious - included a lounge area - with a huge bathroom. Staff were also great, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay in a villa room here.

Excellent location right by monkey forest with tons of excellent restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff is amazing especially Ibu Ari and Ibu Yunika - they went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The infinity pool there has some great views and the breakfast was decent as well. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty big - almost twice the size of our rooms in Paris. All in all this place is fantastic.
