AC in our villa didn't have Heat Mode. During the rain was high humidity and was not comfortable to sleep. Need to improve kitchen, breakfast not tasty and that's the issue during the long stay.

The leaving was a little hectic. Our drivers had arrived but we were not aware. Would have been helpful for them to call to our room to let us know and suggest coming for our bags. Thankfully, it wasn’t too much of a problem.

The property is unforgettable! The views are breathtaking of the rainforest! The staff is incredible and was just so accommodating and helpful! We can not say enough good things about this 5 star resort. We booked the 2 bedroom Villa which had the most AMAZING views. Could easily sleep 4 upstairs comfortably (if extra beds were available to be added) as there are two separate areas. The 2nd large single bedroom with bath and outdoor living room is perfect for parents but do know the Villa is NOT connected by an interior door and does have its own pool so may not be ideal for families with younger children unless you sleep in the upstairs room with them… the view is the best from up there anyway ;). It worked so well for our older children and we just wish we had more time to stay longer! The breakfast options are all cooked to order and healthy which we loved. There kitchen is open all night which was so nice since we went straight to the airport to the hotel (1 hours drive at 10pm) and ordered food at 12am once we were all settled in which was delicious and so fresh! What a warm welcome! Also… DO NOT MISS the SPA! They Were the best we had in Bali and reasonable too! Well done Komaneka! We hope to be back someday !!

It is way far from the center of the island and the airport. But if you are seeking calm and solitude, this is the right place.

An exceptional stay. This hotel is outstanding in every aspect. If you choose any category for rating, it can't be less than a 10. As for the food in the hotel's restaurant, it's a whole new world. I believe they have brought in the best chef in the country, or perhaps the chef of the president himself 😄, because I have never tasted anything more delicious and exquisite than the food served in this restaurant

This resort is gorgeous! The property grounds, staff, and the service... all of it far exceeded our expectations. The infinity pools are divine. We had a king room with a plunge pool and cabana and it was so elegant and beautiful. Picture-perfect for honeymooners. There are even shuttles that run all day and eve into Ubud to make it convenient. It was far enough outside the town where you could relax but the town was still easily accessible. Highly, highly recommend!

Clean Friendly people ready to help at any time They do their beat to acommodate all the received requests (ex food etc). It is the kind of place where they make you feel like home. When you arrive they get u drink, then somebody takes you around… on the way to your room, when you arrive in your room your luggage is already there, there is a table with some complimentary snacks, then you seat at your own desk, where there is a welcoming card hand written with your name. The contract is already there, printed on your name. You can sign it in your room sat, instead of long waiting in reception. If you have a private pool in your room you can call your “personal assistant” to ask them to clean in few minutes before using (as to take out the leaves of threes that may have fallen there). They somehow know when you leave your room and usually when you get back (even after short time out), when you come back all is tidy. Even though the hotel stays in the middle of the forest, everything was decently modern, outstanding and clean. We also got complimentary aftenoon tea, and many classes of balinese dancing, music etc… Facilities are beautiful There is also free shuttle bus to Ubud center. Highly recommended Will have no regrets after staying there

My initial room was beautiful but I discovered I couldn’t lock the window doors, and because it was one of the remote rooms and as a single female guest, I was uncomfortable. Got a second room with a poorer view. In that room, Weirdly the cleaners continued to leave room window doors unlocked after they left. I was uncomfortable that it happened in the morning then again when they turned over the room at night. Was too difficult to explain to staff so didn’t bother. I had to lock up myself each time.

This place is a paradise on earth! The surroundings are absolutely amazing, we've had a swimming pool outside and the bathtub. The staff was extremely kind, the food tasty and served on a high standard. It's pricey but it's normal to maintain this place. I felt like a princess :)

Firstly, We found it impressive that the hotel staff provided warm hospitality. In particular, the female receptionist at the front desk warmly greeted us with a smile and served us welcome drinks, explained the facilities and points of interest, and escorted us to our room. This was a truly remarkable service. Upon entering the room, we were met with a spacious bedroom, a cozy living space and a private pool, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the thoughtful touches like mosquito repellent and bath salts were impressive. The dining experience at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. The handmade dishes made from fresh local ingredients were satisfying. The staff's attitude to exceed our satisfaction was also impressive. During our stay, we were promptly and courteously responded to even with minor requests or questions. Furthermore, once the staff had addressed a request or question, it was shared with all staff, and everyone had a good understanding of it. The staff at the hotel, including the room service and engineers, were all professionals. Interestingly, we also dined at a nearby five-star hotel during our stay. Although the cuisine was delicious and visually appealing, the service was very disappointing, such as the manager only taking orders and leaving the food service and dish clearing to the busboy-level waiter and letting a big dish drop knives and forks onto the mat without picking them up. The price was about 10 times higher. Staying at this hotel gave us more than just a comfortable stay. We were touched by everything, including meeting the staff, the beautiful scenery, and the delicious food. We were so moved that we changed our plans and stayed again. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Was a little far from central Ubud, so be sure to factor in a 25minute taxi fare into your budget. But still great location for those looking for a quiet secluded getaway

Service, food and accommodation facilities were outstanding. The pools were amazing. Spa facilities are excellent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Everything about the Komaneka was exceptional. The views from the valley view villa are gorgeous, the room and pool are beautiful. The staff are always friendly and nothing is a problem for them. The food was always great, and they cheerfully dealt with my partner’s food allergy every time- especially the chef, Ngakan, who went out of his way to make sure personally my partner had great Balinese meals. The place is amazing and the staff make it next level. The best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.

We loved it all!

I couldn’t recommend Komaneka highly enough. Out of everywhere we stayed in Bali, it was absolutely the highlight and nothing else could compare. The staff were absolutely incredible, our room was cleaned each time we left the room! It felt like a tropical oasis and we loved discovering all the different pools. The food was delicious and we loved the daily free breakfast and afternoon teas. I think it would the perfect space for a family holiday or a couples getaway. We were devastated to leave! A big big thankyou to the staff at Komaneka for making our stay so magical!
