Not the fault of anyone but ourselves, but the steps down to the restaurant and the grounds of the hotel proved too difficult to negotiate. Blame our old age but not the hotel! For the benefit of others We'd suggest a wooden rail would solve the problem.

All meals were excellent and tasty.. The room was comfortable and the staff were wonderful. We thank them for being so kind a friendly.

We would probably select a room off the ground floor due to the number of ants (only to be expected in a bush surrounding). We had an outside bath and shower (as well as a shower inside), but didn’t use it as it was quite damp outside and the mosquitoes would eat you alive.

Location and gardens are beautiful and tranquil. Food was excellent as was the service from the staff. Room was large and bed very comfortable.

The location is on a dark lane so in the evenings a taxi is required or use the free shuttle bus.

Exceptional hotel the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with great views overlooking one of the pool. The garden areas are immaculate, the pool area is also perfect. We used the spa for a couples treatment this was a delightful experience and recommended. The staff can’t do enough for you, the restaurant is small but more than adequate, the food was good.

There was one or two stray ants in the bathroom, but expected since there is an outdoor component.

Service is excellent - our stay started with a resort tour, welcome drinks and a welcome snack (samosa). Every single one of the staff was friendly and helpful. They topped up our water bottles and gave us as much water as we asked for, always with a smile. We attended the free 1h yoga class - instructor was good. We also rented a small scooter from the resort for one day for 80K. Our room was upgraded to a suite! The outdoor bamboo shower is awesome. Room is clean and comfortable, aircon works well. Wifi signal is strong. There was a wide selection for breakfast and it was delicious. The whole resort is pretty and relaxing.

Unfortunately there was daily noise from construction work in the neighborhood and the hotel next to Korurua had some load music partys. But the staff was very nice and even offered earplugs. The noise (including music) stopped at an accurate time in the evening. This was in October 2023, so the construction work won't last forever ;)

The staff was extremely nice and supportive, the area of the hotel is exceptionally beautiful, the food was nice, beds comfortable. They offer extra services (shuttle to town, yoga, nice live music in the restaurant). The distance to Ubud center is good.

Nothing in particular. It's a rather costly hotel option, but worth its price.

This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly at all times. I had a cold for some days and they helped us with going to the pharmacy, provided teas and made us feel like home. The food is really good, we especially loved having breakfast (you really get a lot!) on our balcony. You can easily rent a scooter and explore the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely come back.

This place is a hidden gem! It is located a short grab ride/walk from the main street of Ubud and away from the noise and business. The hotel facilities are lovely and the grounds are beautiful. The Daily breakfasts are generous and delicious. We also enjoyed the Free yoga classes and the spa facility. What is exceptional is the service! The staff are so lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Any requests or need that we had was always met with a smile. Thank you for making our trip to Ubud fantastic!

One big problem we had are the mosquitoes. They really need to do something about it because they can get through to your room very easily through the wood separation. They need to cover that and isolate the room much better. We ended up full of mosquito bites and at night they disturbed us very much.

It was a dream to stay here! We had the wooden villa with a private pool. The decoration, the facilities, the breakfast, the staff, everything was amazing. We really enjoyed our time here.

If they keep Breakfast Buffet, then you have more choices. The location is little isolated, so every time you have to take shuttle bus to get to nearest shops/ restaurants etc.

The ambiance was very good. Food is good. Swimming pool is good. Massage was very refreshing. Room was very specious and very well decorated ( very authentic)

The hotel is like a small secluded island of quiet. It’s a very nice break from the traffic, shopping an fast pace of the center of Ubud. The staff was amazing! Every encounter with them was a delight. They were always kind and happy to help with anything. We couldn’t ask for more. The room was clean and so were the pools. The best part of the day for us was having our (included!) afternoon tea by the pool. We will happily return to this paradise 🌸

The construction next door ruins the serenity. Pina colada cocktail didn’t taste like a Pina colada. Breakfast pan cakes didn’t meet western expectations( too dense and thick)
