Honestly the best hostel ever. Cannot fault it at all. If you’re planning a trip to Canggu and are undecided, book this place. It is amazing, thank you to all the staff and crew. I will be back.

I would say that overall, the cleaniness was good but in the bathrooms, especially the showers it could have been better. At times, they were very smelly also due to the humidity. And the sinks would also get dirty very quickly. Another thing was that there was nowhere to hang on wet clothes, so it would have been nice to have that. Last but not least, to get to the hostel you have to walk a small road and there there are always some very aggressive dogs. This was very stressful for me at the beginning and didn't want to walk the street alone. I knew from other guests that these dogs were violent and would easily attack people. With this said and to improve the safety of the guests, I would recommend taking some measures, like making sure that the owners (because these dogs have owners) keep them in the cages or tied all day.

First of all the people! As I was travelling alone I wanted to meet people and this WAS the place. I met incredible people who were staying there, but also the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Also the kitchen was VERY good, every day they were serving very nice food! Also, I got to spend Nyepi here and it was the best decision. The pool area is amazing and spent a lot of time there. The bar of the pool was also fantastic.

Can get quite noisy if you get a room facing the pool. Unfortunately on my last day a bunch of people came back from partying at 5AM and jumped into the pool yelling and waking everyone up. It would also be good if there was space to hang wet clothes out to dry in the sun.

Great location by the beach, lovely swimming pool, nice clean cozy rooms. Staff were very helpful throughout. Nice social hostel where there’s something planned every day, from movie nights to family dinners.

Room is tiny. The rooms are also in this weird damp dark dirty basement. The actual rooms are nice and clean but we were by the pool so I got woken up early and kept awake at night from people talking, music, the water pump going all night etc No kitchen which felt like false advertising a little

I'm not sure if this was the case in every dorm, but the door was very loud and hard to close which meant that I did wake up a few times because of other people walking in and out.

The vibes here are great! I met a lot of nice people and the activities arranged at the hostel are great if you travel by yourself and want to meet people. The pool area is super nice and the staff was amazing. I would definitely come back.

- bed was a bit hard and pillow a bit thin for my liking

- really good base to explore Canggu from - I was in a female dorm which was quite so easy to get to sleep but still easy to meet people. The beds are 3/4 and have curtains and a safe by your head so the beds feel private and secure - the breakfasts are 10/10. It was included with my stay but they don’t give you a basic version of the menu it’s all healthy and scrumptious - the pool area is more like a hotel - there is an area for a daily free 15 min massage, decking for free yoga in the morning, a swim up pool bar, plenty of sun loungers

This hostel is insane. By far the nicest hostel I’ve ever been in. The beds are huge. You have so much space for your bags and can basically unpack without intruding on anyone else’s space. They’re very comfortable too. The shared areas- dining area and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and big. The pool area and bar are 5 star. The staff are all so lovely and accommodating. The food and drink, whether for breakfast or lunch was so tasty too. Also you get a free massage everyday and there are free yoga classes on every morning too. What a treat! This hostel is on another level to everywhere else.

In the alley from the main street to the hostel there are some dogs that can be scary sometimes, they even bit someone while I was there.

Awesome place to spend time while in Canggu. Beds are super comfortable, location is super clean and the staff is super helpful. The restaurant is quite good with an excellent breakfast and a la cart options for dishes and drinks.

Best hostel breakfast you will ever get! Loved it. And if you want to make friends, this is the hostel for you - it's extremely sociable so great for solo travellers. I also loved the pool - it's a great size. The morning yoga and free massage was an amazing bonus

This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. As a light sleeper, I was amazed to sleep 12 hours straight in the female dorm—it was that quiet. The beds in the female dorm were incredibly comfortable—spacious and equipped with two pillows for extra coziness. Each bed also had curtains for privacy. The shared toilets and showers were spotless and stocked with complimentary soap and shower gel. The staff is incredibly friendly and even carries your suitcase since there’s no elevator. The large swimming pool is cleaned every morning, and the water was the perfect lukewarm temperature, not too cold. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide menu where you can choose a meal, fresh fruit juice, and coffee or tea. The sourdough bread with avocado and poached egg was delicious! The location is also great—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, perfect for swimming or surfing, with plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets nearby.

As I was sharing with 3 other female guests, it was expected that 1am-2am I would get woken up because they have just came back from nightlife partying. This hostel is quite pricey, so if on a budget, might need to book a hostel somewhere else (40SGD/night is a lot tbh, I found other hostels where their rate was 15SGD/night)

Booked this place for 5 nights to check out Seminyak and Canggu area. Their location is right at the center and walking distance to Love Anchor Canggu, Spring Spa, cute boutiques, and good restaurants. Their breakfast is very nice. I like that I came to Bali on a low season so there wasn't much night partying happening here and very happy that my sleep didn't get disturbed much. I got the 4 bed female dorm room and the mattress was comfy and gave us thick duvets...all beds are given own safety boxes, and really appreciate there is still privacy because of the blackout curtains. Their shower facilities got hot/cold settings, lots of toilet and sinks to choose from, and love how they maintained cleanliness. Their staff were also amazing. Overall, for a solo traveler, this hostel is 4.5/5 for me
