Nothing significant really, as personal preference, I just wish they'd provide an electric kettle in the room (I understand there is a kitchen at the ground floor with big fridge and hot/cold water dispenser), it'd be more convenient though if hot water is accessible in the room. I will stay here again for sure

I am a solo traveler and I really loved the room, they gave me a room at the 2nd floor with private balcony. Overall comfortable stay, room was spotless and space is sensible. - Bed is clean, nice and comfy. Pillow is clean, I am very particular with the pillow and pillowcase, it is as new, clean and fluffy. Warm lighting and there is a bedside lamp. - Refrigerator and air conditioner, cools very well. TV is provided with Netflix access. Good wifi. - Bathroom - roomy and clean, with bidet and good shower - Location is a short walk from the main Seminyak areas with warungs/restos, spas/massage places, convenient stores and laundry shops. Can walk to the nearby beach and beach warungs too - Great value for money. - Housekeeping/cleaning is every 2 days which is ideal for me, I don't really need cleaning on a daily basis. - This is a family owned property, I'd say a family compound, family is friendly and hospitable, responds quickly to Whatsapp msgs and lovely to accommodate some requests. - The area is quiet, relaxing and safe. It is a local family compound so it doesn't feel commercialized. There is also a local store (same family owns this) which is convenient for everyday basic needs.

There is actually nothing I didn’t like. I’m not very picky but this place is perfect. You will hear footsteps of people coming and going so when it is full/busy there may be some noise spill but it wouldn’t impact you unless you can’t stand even a little noise, in which case, Seminyak is maybe not for you haha

It really is a beautiful room and bathroom - with lovely people to check you in and super flexible. It’s really value for money with everything you need, even one of those remotes for Netflix/streaming services (not that you need it in this beautiful place, but a rest up movie in between adventure is a real bonus). Do yourself a favour and check out this quiet little gem. But of course, it’s only yours for a short while, so look after it as you would your own

Arini is a super friendly and helpfull hostess, she is available at all times, makes you feel welcome and at home. I had a great stay. Plus the rooms are amazingly located in central area of Seminyak. Excellent value price relationship.

not the property but the street is quite difficult to walk down with all the bikes and cars. a safe in the room could be good.

A beautiful quiet place, the rooms were very clean spacious and bright. Great location, close to everything but still beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend, very nice for a few days R&R. Beautiful comfy bed.

It did get rather noisy after hours some nights from guests in other rooms coming back after evenings out - but nothing I couldn’t live with.

Exactly all and what I needed for my solo trip to Bali. The room was clean and comfortable. Well air-conditioned and bathroom was great. The location was perfect for me and close to everything I had planned for my trip.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the entire wall was a window, so you have no privacy from other guests walking past. I had to keep the curtain closed at all times, so there was no natural light.
