It’s authenticity, the staff were very accommodating & friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the location for us was perfect. The garden grounds surrounding the hotel are beautifully manicured, the turtles and fish in the garden are wonderful to watch. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again 🌻

This hotel was amazing. The location was right in front of Legian beach. We loved the property, grounds, restaurant & food. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely return.

Well positioned resort close to Seminyak and legion central. Comfortable mattress and pillows which is a must for me. Great breakfast and 2 fabulous pools.

The Staf were super friendly and helpful. the gardens and pool were an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The pools were huge and clean with 2 great bars. Favourite part, was the daily breakfast. .

We stayed in an apartment. There wasn’t much plates and cutlery. The chairs to sit on in the apartment lounge area were old and uncomfortable

Photos have it having a swim up pool bar but that has since been closed Only downfall is that it doesnt have the swim pool bar anymore but still has a bar near the pool

If you didn’t sign the bill at the pool or restaurant they would have one of the other guest we were travelling with sign and pay and they would take no for answer had to be done there and then sometimes a little to pushy

Excellent location. The beach side of hotel is less than 10 meters from Legian Beach & the road side (main entrance) is short walking distance to everything you want to do: shopping, massage, nails pubs & pharmacy.

Having to hand in our pool towels everyday by 5.30pm.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The gardens are spectacular. We especially loved the squirrels, feeding the fish and Turtles and PongPong the hotels cat 🐈 The staff were fantastic, great service and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the General Manager Alex and chatting with him. The Sands restaurant was great, the wood fired pizza were Amazing.

Gaps in sliding doors going to balcony had to buy a electric mosquito repeller & mosquito spray ( few tourists at resort caught dengue fever. Bread at breakfast was stale sometimes Small choice for breakfast

Honestly couldn’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Landscaped Gardens, Pools were exceptional, great location. The bedding was so comfortable, huge TV and Netflix. Cheap mini bar.

Well located, lovely pools and fabulous staff. The rooms are a great size, we love having a separate shower to the bath too, they also have a good size balcony. Our room was made up very quickly each day and always well done. The pool is at a good temperature and has a pool bar. (The pizzas are fabulous pool side) Breakfast is good, lots of options, it is busy but the staff do a great job keeping things clean and food replenished. All of the staff at the hotel are hard working and friendly, the hotel is lucky to have such great staff and they really make the hotel a great experience.

A beautiful setting in lovely gardens. Great swimming pools. The difficult part with both pools was that the steps didn't go deep enough into the pool for you to get out. Bed was comfy. Rooms were comfortable.
