Fact i asked for pool side room on the ground, got the upstairs room instead.

Breakfast could of been better, to small on the servings.

Another breakfast option for vegetarians eg pancakes would have been great although this didn't take away from our stay. This is not a complaint though.

This little hotel is an absolute gem. Our pool access room was large with a big comfortable bed, it was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning at Jackfruit was lovely and we ate dinner at Fat Chow's which was delicious. We highly recommend The Lagoon and would definitely stay here again!!

We really loved the bottom floor rooms with direct access to the pool and we liked where the hotel was positioned as well down the driveway

The hotel is old and in need of a tech upgrade. Watching TV or a movie was almost impossible. It is all done by a very slow internet that takes forever to load anything. The room lacked power points, no iron and ironing board or laundry service. The swimming pool was always cloudy and not very inviting. It looked unsafe to use. I think it lacked filtration. They poured chemicals in it daily, but it didn't clear up in the 10 day's we stayed. The water pressure in the shower was very low, but after a few days, you got used to it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool access room we had was a reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was great. We walked to the beach in about 10 minutes. It is just off the main street, so easy access to the shops and restaurants and far enough away from the noise.

The wifi log in could be updated so you don't have to re-login every time you want to use it. There were windows from another property overlooking most of the private pool and the outdoor shower area. Not a big issue if you're planning on keeping your swim suit on.

Great bed, comfortable, large room. It's an older property but everything was clean. We liked the more traditional style. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and an easy ten minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

I had to pay for the TV for the upstairs rooms.

There wasn’t much water pressure in the shower , would’ve like to see a water dispenser to refill water bottle with free access , pool and bar shut a bit early I thought

Clean helpful staff positioned away from the busy but close enough to be right among it if you choose awesome coffee from jackfruit and delicious caramel pork belly from Fat Chow

The place is tired, the mattress was old, the air-conditioning was inadequate for the size of the Villa, they did loan me a fan.

The staff where amazing, so friendly and helpful, they made the stay alot better.

I didn’t like to water pressure in the shower, it was laughable also the aircon just wasn’t cold, it’s a small unit for a big villa

Started off in an upstairs room that was tired and needing attention. Pool rooms nicer.

Loved having a pool room 😊 Staff were amazing. Met some lovely regular’s. Great location.
