SingaporeThe fridge in the room is not cold at all. Felt itchy on first night, but ok on the second night. Maybe need to vacuum the beds and blankets. Toilet tissues not topped up.
Good location. Close to Chinatown, Old town and other tourist destinations. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was extremely kind and ready to answer all our request. Slippers, coffe/tea and toothbrush are always offered There is a nice swimming pool, but we didn’t use it. Our room got decorated for our honeymoon.

United StatesThe room was dark, not enough lighting in the room. Light only on one side of the bed. The room is a bit smaller than I expected. Also the shower - just not enough covering so water spilled everywhere. I prefer dry bathroom. Also they wanted to charge me Rp10000,- for borrowing a plate and a set of a silverware. ( It shocked me )
It was the location. Most of the staffs were very nice and helpful but not the restaurant.

IndonesiaThe tear and wear become more visible ( dent / peeling in room / bathroom corner ), nothing major for now. IMHO definitely need extra maintenance or simple renovation.
Everything as expected, as we stayed here before. The greets and the smiles is always. Diva ( the front office lady ) even gave us fully recommendation on the ` must try ` local dish, we sure glad she did. As for the room, everything works and it was comfy enough for us.

United KingdomThe dim light in the room is good for sleeping, but not convenient for working.
Love the location, which is not in the busy area. It’s easy to get meals for dinner; there are some restaurants and street food stalls near the hotel. A convenient store is also very close to the hotel. We like the breakfast as well. It offers various options with very good taste. Also, the parking area is large, thus making us convenient when getting in/off the car.
