Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathroom had an odd smell but that’s minuscule.
Very nice staff. Great location! Simple accommodation and comfortable bed. They have scooter rental which is convenient. Great breakfast in the morning!

Swimming pool and breakfast is across the street in different property, not convenient. Small room, no place to put luggage, no shelves, nothing. Nowhere to dry wet clothes.

This is nit picking, the place was great. The internet didn't always have strong connection in the rooms. You needed to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. The bathroom smelt a little of water that was dripping from pipes. These definitely will not stop me from staying there again. Great place.
Big room with large bed. Good airconditioning, good spot, quiet but close enough to walk or ride to town. Pool was nice, good breakfasts, helpful staff. Good value. Definitely stay there again for the price.

There was a drainage issue in our bathroom with the shower.
The Lazy Inn staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Good location, nice big room, strong AC and comfy beds.

Mosque very close and will wake you up at 4.30am. Quite a few mosquitos. WiFi poor.
Rooms were clean and had a lovely scent to them. AC excellent, friendly staff and good selection for breakfast. Moto rent available. Rooms modern.

Our room had the plumbing leading into the toilet leaking, leaving our bathroom floor considerably damp and wet. However, the staff were quite helpful in cleaning and trying to repair this.

Awful drain smell in our bathroom that needed checking everyday. Something the staff were aware off and helped to sort but definitely needed a bathroom renovation!
Good location just off the Main Street in Kuta. Nice to have the pool to cool off, freshly cooked breakfast included, friendly staff, scooter rental and option to arrange taxi to airport

Mosque quite loud but this can be heard all over kuta as far as I am aware! Property itself is very nice

The neighbors have dogs that bark during the night and day so it is sometimes annoying.
Comfortable room, bed and good shower. The personal working there is amazing! The breakfast they include is really good.

The mosque is loud and there were dogs living next door that were barking a lot. Bed isn't very comfortable either. Wifi didn't really reach my room.

Very noisy from local dogs - Lots of strays around the street and neighbouring barking dog. Also the mosque was very close and loud from 4am.

There are so many stray dogs around the hotel. And the hotel itself also owns a dog. They are barking and howling through the whole night. I didn‘t really sleep during my stay here. Would be great if they could do something about that.
The staff were very friendly and the banana pancakes for breakfast very tasty. Motorbike rental via Lazy Inn was super easy.

The pool could be cleaner. Muezzin is quite close, so it can be noisy at night.
Nice place close to the main road. Clean, large rooms and comfy beds. The staff and the girls cooking breakfast were very nice. Value for money.
