Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff entered my room and started cleaning it without the clean the room sign. During the day, they decided to get the AC repaired and I came back to the room to find that I couldn't use my room as the AC repairwork would take an hour. The intentions of the staff seemed good, but their timing for things seemed off.
I liked the size of the rooms, they were large with good amenities within it. The pool and garden was clean.

Everything great, except the main pool needed more of a clean!
Spacious room, so quiet even though it’s just off the Main Street in Canggu. Very relaxed!

A super minor point but the plugs didn’t allow for adaptors to fit , luckily there was a usb on tv .
Amazing bed , lovely place super chilled and relaxed .

We got a downgrade for our first night as the guests decided to stay an other night, she asked us to cancel last minute on booking and book with us. We kept out booking but asked the manager to update the rate with the cheaper room for the first night. On checkout she took 5€ off the bill, we thought it was not a fair price for a change of room
Beautiful quiet property very close to the center and with a nice swimming pool.

They asked for cash payment. I was located on the ground floor, everyone could look inside my room, more privacy would have been nice.
The location is great, very central. The room was very big and cosy.

Everything was great.
Amazing pools and nice big room with a lot of space and storage capacity. The staff is very helpful and helped as with all inquiries. The breakfast is also very tasty.

The hotel is quite and cozy, the room was clean but the bathroom felt a little tired. I arrived in the middle of the night but had no problems with check in and the staff let me pay for the first night and waited for me to change money in the morning

The wifi is the terrible. It goes out every few minutes. I definitely felt like my room could have been cleaner. I have had better housekeeping at other properties. The bathroom has a terrible sewage smell. There were stains and mold on the furniture and decor pillows The property is decent, if you want a big room, close to the centre. I found cheaper properties with better standards.
I loved the pool, they have 3 and they are all a good size and kept clean. Check in was quick. The staff was nice. The property was clean. The room is very big. They provide food options. They have a kitchen area that is kept clean with fridge and water. Literally a few steps to restaurants and shops. great location! They give you lots of toiletres and slippers

Not walking distance from beach is the only drawback. Would need a lift on motorbike which is OK too as readily available in Bali!
The most comfortable bed I slept in, in Bali, and I travelled around a good bit. It was glorious. Gorgeous room, no fault with it. Safe in the room which I loved. Drying rack outside door for clothes. Very central, loads of bars and restaurants nearby, also yoga shalas too.

The bathroom for room 4 has unpleasant smell, kind of mouldy odour. We told the staff and they provided air fresheners and fragrance diffuser for us. There are mosquitoes in the room too, the staff provided the mosquito repellant (liquid heater) to u.
Our room (04) is right in front of the pool, very beautiful view. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff provided air freshener, diffuser and mosquito liquid heater upon request.

It was not so clean at all. And its little bit need Maintanence. Also construction noise can be hearing from room in morning. We were planning to stay there in nyepi day, but they dont give any food or possibility to Cook or sth all they say prepare your food for whole day because it is forbidden to go out that day. We decided to move another place for better nyepi day experience. It is definetely price performance place. If you just need for sleeping and sometimes swimming in pool its okay and location is very nice.

Room is spacious but needs a facelift. Bathroom was a bit mouldy.
