AustraliaThe resort reached out prior to our arrival, to which I responded and noted that my partner had celiac disease and could only eat gluten free. They never responded but were able to make small breakfast items for her. During Nyepi Day they served her food on a bed of chips that contained gluten and didn’t see the problem, so I think this is one area they could improve on as celiac disease becomes more common
The resort was beautiful and the pool area was amazing. It is located in a great spot on Lembongan between lots of amazing restaurants and has an amazing beachfront with many of the islands cute dogs hanging around.

United StatesThe room was nice and big, much bigger than you’ll get for the price anywhere else. The breakfast was amazing too, and the staff were 11/10. The resort is a tad rundown but it’s still very nice. Perfect location on the Main Street of lembongan and right on the beach! I’d recommend one of the more premium rooms so you’re closer to the beach

AustraliaRooms: Big rooms. Huge shower. Fresh linen daily if you want. Thick bath towels. Pools are cleaned and chlorinated daily. They are immaculate. Gardeners daily. Downside, our roof leaked a lot through the bed canopy and onto our sheets which resulted in a free dinner at their restaurant and a room upgrade. Nearby activities: Hired a motorbike and helmet for 100K/day from the guy next door. Everything is super accessible my motorbike and safe as streets aren’t super busy compared to mainland. For those walking this hotel is on the main strip so that’s handy. Safety: Very safe. Key cards for rooms. 2 x security present. I felt very safe as a female. Food: Horrible. Very expensive restaurant attached to this resort. 880K for a smoothie whereas next door is 550K. Lots of restaurants within 2 min walking distance. Breakfast okay.

AustraliaWhole resort could do with some maintenance, fair bit of wear and tear. A little overpriced compared to other resorts of similar standard. Breakfast could do with a revamp. Power kept dropping out in our Villa but staff were quick to fix the problem.

AustraliaGetting waken very early each morning by local village animals from 5am … :( and unfortunately damp spots were visible in rooms. Rooms need some slight renovations to them. Prices at the on site restaurant was on the higher side compared to mainland resorts and some local on street restaurants.
Beach front location and pool overlooking beach. Villas offer very own privacy and private pools.

AustraliaManagement was rude and cold. Pricing was not transparent and they try to overcharge you a lot. They quoted us a fixed price, which I asked if it was the final price, and then, at the end, added tax, which they did not quote us in the price. I understand they need to add tax and it is not a problem, the problem is with the lack of transparency when quoting. We also overheard the staff quoting a price 4x what we paid for our Snorkelling trip, so please be careful you are not being overcharged. The manager also was pushing us into renting a bike with them which was double the cost of the same bike from across the road. Facilities are also in need of serious maintenance. Deck has panels falling apart, occasionally when walking through the premises you get hit with a smell of sewerage. They didn't have a vacuum to use because it was broken they only had a broom. The door does not close fully so we had to push the Curtin into the jam so that bugs wouldn't be let in.
The everyday staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The breakfast and afternoon tea were nice. Activities organised through them (aside from problems discussed below) were amazing. The room was clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable.

AustraliaThe water stopped two days in a row inconveniently at times we were about to go out and needed a shower.. that was only bad thing about our stay and only reason I rated a little lower.. I did mention to staff the inconvenience and thet apologised.. but a discount or something would have been appreciated.
Breakfast which was included was the best buffet breakfast I've ever had from staying at a hotel, food was great and selections where great and changed daily. Staff was amazing even one of them i think I'll be a friend for life with :).

AustraliaStaff did not set up the breakfast buffet properly daily, Staff preferred to socialise amongst themselves before providing attentive service. Check in was slow, For the price Staff need to improve service. Make sure you get a room close to beach as it is very spread out and a long walk from roadside rooms to restaurant pool and beach. When I requested a barcode sheet for room service male staff ignored me had to calltwice and it took 45mins.
Location and room Private Pool were all amazing. LU, Staff provided excellent customer service consistently.
