Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndonesiaThe room was too small for family., and the cleanliness of restaurant area at the front need more attention. The trash bin are overfilled will garbage but no one was look after it.
The location is pretty close to the malioboro street and it's very easy access to go around in jogjakarta. The price was reasonable. The staff was helpful.

BelgiumStaff was friendly but spoke barely English. Hygiene in the room and bathroom could have been way better. (We were sleeping on the ground floor, we had ants in the room + weird smell in the bathroom) There is a pool although our swimming clothes had a weird smell the days after.
Good location, decent price. Best coffee shop in Jogja across the street.

IndonesiaThis is my second time here. My only feedback is to replace the bedsheet and mop/wipe the dust. The bedsheet is already too old, colour is no longer white and kind of tear off. And, the floor and some of the furniture is so dusty.

NetherlandsThe place is a bit more outdated than it looks like in the pictures. The room wasn't super clean. It can also be a bit noisy, the walls are thin so you can clearly hear your neighbours.
Great location close to the train station and main shopping street, both walking distance. The cafe offers some local and western choices for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was simple but good. We could refill our water bottles for free and used the laundry service (smelled great!). Overall good value for money.

DenmarkThe hotel has seen better days as it looks a bit worn down. Toilet paper is only on request (?). Bathroom needs a proper scrub as it’s pretty orange.
Nicely looking rooms, good pool and tasty breakfast. Free water points to fill up reusable water bottles.

NetherlandsFood was standing long for doors and on the tables, staff could have easily cleaned it but didn't do that. That felt a little bitt weird. Furthermore I would advise the hotel to make a roof terrace. There is enough space for a table and chairs. And that way you could sit in the afternoon sun.
Location is walking distance to trainstation.

United KingdomThe communication here was terrible; there were multiple events/ceremonies taking place during our stay, none of which were told to us when we checked in. The first took place by the pool, meaning we were not able to use this area. The second then took place at 6am outside our room and was incredibly loud, meaning we were abruptly woken up. Both of these events included somebody talking into microphone, meaning it was unavoidable to hear as it was being played out of a speaker. Overall we felt quite unwelcome here and was made to feel as if we were intruding even though we were paying guests.
Good location.

Breakfast was good, location was good, staff was very nice and helpful. Property looked nice and like good value for money but i am still recovering from the bed bugs bites they were very bad.

TurkeyRoom so small that you can't move or pray. So noisy that sleep is impossible. Near the room there was a TV that very loudly opened. Next the hotel there was a speaker that keep giving repetitive child voice like 7/24 hours. (It made me crazy) There was no soap to clean your hand and no toilet paper. Its impossible to take a shower because shower so small area. In the bed there were ants. Door didn't close enough and outside can see inside. It opened with very easy password. I did not feel safe. Pool not for everyone. Wifi didnt connect at room so couldn't use. It's almost impossible to speak with staff because of language barrier and their attitude.
Its close the train station.
