Close to town, very good price, property and gardens well kept. No restaurant so breakfast is brought to your room. Nice hot water and good water pressure

House keeper cleaning the room every single day however, It is not 100% clean very where and It took me a while to communicate with the staff because their English was not good I had to asked them 3times to change bed sheet. There are many different kinds of ants, so if you don't handle food well, your room is more likely to stay with ants.

Lovely property specially swimming pool such a beautiful area and so quiet. Good location to go to Yoga Barn, good value of money, friendly staff. They changed the breakfast time at 6am for my yoga training and kept bags before check-in and check-out.

I had a room mix up. Staff communication was below average. Air con didn’t work and was dripping needed a full service. I didn’t have a lot of the amenities that said were provided and no compensation for this.

Unfortunately, upon arriving, we were not given the unit we originally booked, and it was a completely different room. I booked a Suite with a Pool view, and the photos are showing a kitchen in the unit I booked. My mom arrived first, and as she did not do the booking and not very tech savvy, she was confused but didn't ask much. I arrived much later in the night and realized the unit is not the one I booked for. I double checked again and talked to the staff about the issue and asked for a solution. They were very understanding and the next day moved us to the unit we actually booked for. It was unfortunate having to move for such a short stay. I wouldn't be quick to blame the property, having currently work in the same industry. This could also be a mapping issue where the booking they received from Booking.com might not be reflected correctly on their system. If this is the case, my suggestion is for them to talk to Booking.com to make sure a similar issue doesn't happen again in the future. I would also suggest from their side to double check that guests booking from online travel agencies got the unit they booked, as advertised on the platform. For guests, I'd advise double-checking with the staff via message prior to coming.

The staff are fantastic. They are nice and understanding, and when we need anything they always try to help the best they can. The accommodation is lovely and quiet and worth the value.

There’s no point to the kitchens as they have nothing at all in them. Breakfast is fairly minimal compared with other places.

The wifi is a bit patchy and the kitchen doesnt have any utensils at all so cannot be used - wasnt a problem for me but FYI

My order was for a room on the first floor near the pool. In the end, I was given a room with no view of the pool. Though I did tell the front desk, but it didn't help. The first time I stayed there, I had a good memory. However, the second time I stayed there, I was not given a room on the first floor near the pool according to the room type I booked. My impression went to hell in a handbasket.

Finding the place was a hassel. It states Lily Cottage on Booking.com but on google maps it states Lily House. On booking the location on the maps is incorrect. This is not good as we had to turn around multiple times to find it. I also had o get out and ask people where it was and no one knew because the name in booking.com is not correct. On booking, it should state how far back the place is off the main road. I had a lot of luggage as I was moving home to Australia. It's about a 150m walk with a few sets of steps. If you have many or heavy luggage I would not recommend here. Wifi is not very good and not very strong. The walls are quite thin so you can hear when people are moving around on the upper levels or outside.

Room was very spacious including kitchenette room, bathroom and separate toilet. Breakfast was your standard breakfast in Indonesia, would recommend offering sauces and salt and pepper. The pool looked very nice even though I did not go in it. Aircon worked very well!

A Bathroom could do with a deep clean and the towels should have been replaced years ago.

The place is very beautiful, spacious, and affordable. Location is also good, convenient enough to walk to eating places, yoga, massage, etc. Staffs are also helpful. It would be more helpful if WiFi connection could be improved. But we were very happy with our trip because we took this chance to stay away from Netflix and social media. It is not be helpful when we need to do some work that requires internet connection though. The pillows are yellowish and bed sheets are with stains, but despite all those we slept like babies because the place is peaceful and comfortable.

One of the rooms didn't have sufficient lighting. The plugs points were not compatible with SG ones. The villa did not have any support for that. The amenities were very basic. We had to get decent toiletries. The water provided per head per day was 100ml.

All was value for money. The staff were friendly and prompt to answer all queries.
