Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was no AC, only a fan and I think it was okay for us but maybe not for everyone

Some other guests were rude to the employees. Please be respectful!
A nice quiet stay in Gili T, with everything close by. I loved that there was breakfast, bikes to rent and a pool to use. The top floor was great to chill or do yoga on the mats provided (ask for them). There was a possibility to refill your bottle, so that was also great. There are lovely local warungs close and the spa on the corner provides amazing massages. The people working there were really nice and always up to help. I would definitely recommend this place and go there again!

The shower has little water maybe due to the water pressure. Maybe I had problem to adjust it right.

The room had no A/C only a fan which made the room very hot at night time. You also had to pay for mineral water which was a little disappointing.
This place is good value for budget travellers, it has everything that you need and the owners are very friendly. Surprisingly, the place had a pool we could use which was great to cool off.

It was very hot and stuffy inside the room. Not much sound proof either. I could hear the loud guests in the next room.
Great location. Less than 10 min of walk from Trawangan Harbor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bamboo structure of the building was quite unique.

Sometimes the room can get very warm even when the air outside has cooled down, the fact that the room has no AC doesn’t help.
Bobby and his team were very welcoming and helpful, it felt like staying over with the cool uncle in his countryside home. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and you get to see animals roam around.

Bed bugs. The bathroom's door next to the room was broken. No hot shower. No shower soap.
Good location. The two guys working there were very nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. Towel included. Breakfast was good at a reasonable price. Nice cats and chickens around. Swimming pool area

Please watch out with the yoga shala!! One of the woodplanks gave in and I crashed with my leg through the roof, cutting it up in the process. They gave me the last night's stay for free, which is very kind, but apparently this already happened a while back to a different guest as well (broke his leg) and the issue still didn't get adressed. I hope they'll redo the area but since this could end very badly I felt the obligation to warn other guests.

Stayed only one night and came home late so not much to say. It was comfortable and with the fan quite okay temperature-wise. Location is fine. Shared bathroom fine and clean too. Definitely a good deal for the price!!

Wifi worked inside the bungalow, but was a bit slow. It didn't bother me too much, but it's worth bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper as there is a bit of noise at night from conversations at the homestay and next door, as well as roosters and the mosque in the morning. Though I guess this would be common in most budget places across the island.
Cool place, very relaxed, has old school Thailand vibes. The guys who run the place are very chill and welcoming. The property is clean and well maintained. Bungalow was comfortable and spacious with high ceiling. Hot in the middle of day, but perfectly fine using the fan at night. No mosquitos in the bungalow. Bathroom is good with decent pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a nice bonus. About a ten minute walk to Turtle Beach, but not far from Sunset side either.

The room had a fan rather than an A/C unit which meant nights were quite hot.
The staff were lovely and it was a nice location to be at (short walk from the port but also too busy). We were also able to rent a bike from them (50k each day) which made getting around the island really easy!

Really loud, the owners and people stayed up late and were really loud couldn't sleep. Didn't get breakfast either.
Great cottage very nice and functional, no hot water but it didn't really bother us. The room was big and really good great location.

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 3 day stay, which was surprising and a little disappointing, especially given that the bathroom is practically outdoors so sand/dirt easily gets into the bedroom.
Very cheap stay in central Gili T (10 minute walk from the harbour). Lovely staff. Cheap bike rental on site (35,000 a day.)
