Not many rooms, book quick. You will need a scooter (or taxi) to move around.

Arya (the owner) is a very helpful, and will try to help you in any way. He will give you the best deals (we checked) for anything you will need (scooter, taxi, dolphin excursion, etc.), as well as good recommendations to see the sourroundings. We got 2 rooms connected (practical if you are a family). Internet is very fast and reliable, hot water, A/C OK, etc. The infinite pool is definitely a plus. The views are incredible from the pool. For the price we paid, the deal is unbeatable (everything you might need for half of the price of any other hotel).

As it's one big house, your neighbor could be at times audible but if you're a light sleeper, you should have earplugs anyway (mosques, cockerels, dogs, cicadas). I'm a light sleeper and it was fine.

Wonderful place to stay with an infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea. Arya, the homeowner, was the perfect host - the stay felt more like visiting an old friend. He can help you get bikes or nearby dolphin tours for a great price and the house is in a quiet place.The room and bathroom were very spacious with both an AC and a ceiling fan (almost never used the former).

Arya was so kind and helpful. He organized a dolphin tour for us, and we had some great conversations with him while we were there. My husband unfortuately had Bali belly while we were there, and Arya gave us some recommendations of herbal remedies to help him. Thank you Arya!

Own transport is mandatory as services like Gojek or Grab are hard to find in the area. However, the owner has motorbikes for rent.

The accommodation is very nice! It has wonderful views! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pancakes for breakfast are very tasty! And the owner is very helpful and approachable.

There was nothing I did not like.

Everything was amazing value for money, the view alone is worth the stay giving amazing sunrise and sunsets, what sets this villa apart from others though is the hospitality from the owner Arya, great communication before arrival and during my stay. When I asked Arya where to go for food he offered if I would like to go with him for food to a local restaurant I ended up having a truly authentic experience and it was a special part of my trip. There is no soap as other reviews have said but I had my toiletries with me so that was no problem and for the price you get a clean room, good shower pressure, comfortable bed and amazing views with great hospitality. To anyone going to stay in lovina I would definitely recommend to stay here.

The location is a bit far away from the Main street,, but if you have a scooter it will not be a problem for you

the property has a modern, homely atmosphere. It has apool overlooking the sea and is amazing for sunsets. It also has a kitchen with a fridge and cooking facilities that you can use. The rooms are very clean with good A/C and a super comfortable beds. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Bali and definitely the best value for money. The owner is also one of the most genuine and lovely people we have met on our travels. always up for a chat and helped us with activities, transportation etc.

It's a bit far from the beach so you have to take a driver but the views worth it!

Do accept that insects are part of nature habitat and blend with them.

The Host provided exceptional great hospitality and kept us taken care of during our entire stay. He even recommended us the best place to eat with fresh & delicious seafood with local price. Carried all our heavy luggage from the car to our room. The sunset with seaview from the Villa is a gem. Strategic place as it is quiet and blend in nature yet around 2 mins to the main road by car. About 8 mins to sanur beach for dolphin tour.The shower was good with hot water at night. The host can assist to arrange tours n in house massage and even bike rentals if we need any transport. Open kitchen and we were allowed to use. they provide refilling of mineral water.

Quiet place, big room, the breakfast is delicious, the owner is adorable and the swimming pool is nice (with a view!). You can rent scooter directly from here :)

Our stay in Lovina was enjoyed at this quiet hill side villa. The room was spacious and clean. The host "Anna" was very helpful and cooked us a very tasty banana pancake each morning 🍌 He also sent us several links of nearby things to see/do/eat - Buda bakery resto was a good suggestion for lunch, we really enjoyed their food. The location is slightly outside the town. We did stroll into town one day, around 45mins slow pace. Easy to get grab/gojek to and from the villa. Some reviews online say Lovina doesn't have these apps but it does just not as many readily available drivers compared to other locations. Very friendly people in Lovina, everyone says hello.
