I had a very pleasant stay at Lumiere, especially thanks to the staff! Besides the pleasant stay, unfortunately I had forgotten my watch at the hotel.... Thanks to Masrur & Hifzan, it is now on its way to my house!

The bathroom was slightly dark but didn’t bother us in the slightest.
The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, being incredibly attentive and personable. The breakfast each morning gave good options and set us up for the day. The room was spotless and homely. The shower pressure was perfect and all of the facilities were working great.

The bathroom lighting was too dim. The shower takes time to have hot water with the temperature not being consistent.
The room has plenty of natural sunlight and it has a spacious balcony. Simple, nicely furnished with comfortable bed. Its location is in a peaceful area with less noise coming from the streets.

Sink drain was blocked in both 2 rooms we booked. Bathroom needs deep clean.
Staff was so helpful and freindly, breakfast good, pretty good coffee. Nice swimming pool area. The place was even better than photos at booking.com.

The bathroom in our particular room could do with some attention. The light didn't work and the LED strip they had around the mirror was coming off.

Our only occasional issues were with power or water pressure, however this is to be expected as it’s a small island, and the staff at the hotel did everything they could to help.
The hotel was excellent!! We had a lovely stay here, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was perfect for our stay. It was clean, modern and in a great location. One of the best hotels we saw whilst on the island. It’s located a little inland, which means it’s much quieter in the evenings so perfect for a good nights sleep. It’s around 5 minutes to get to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. You can also hire bikes and organise boat trips through the hotel, which is very handy. The pool is a nice addition too, offering an alternative to the sea. Breakfast is also great, multiple options and always tasty. We would recommend to all, great value for money!

The bathrooms didn’t have lights (except for a led strip light around the mirror). For females- a light is needed to do make up or put a mirror in the bedroom. The snacks in our room had been opened by previous guests.
Fantastic people and hosts. Really lovely and welcoming.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful. Organised snorkelling trips and a boat for us and helped out when my boyfriend forgot his AirPods in the hotel, the manager organised for them to be delivered to our new hotel in Bali and couldn’t do enough to help, highly recommend!

Google maps is not correct. Need to keep walking further along from the badminton place.
Good fun with the lads that work there. Just genuine nice people. Clean pool. Comfy bed and great shower. Good pressure and warm water available. Ac worked well.

TV didn’t work but didn’t need it anyway to be honest. Too much fun to be had on the island.
Excellent value for money. Room was clean and tidy and the pool was nice for a quick dip after a long day in the sun. The host was super friendly and helpful. They have bikes for hire too.

Needs some Renovation. Door to toilet was not closing. Dirty Walls.
Very nice staff which was helpful everytime. Good breakfast. Silent Location but not too far from beach. Free water refill in the room.

TV didn't work and hadn't been working since June 2022, however this hasn't been updated on booking.com. The receptionist was dismissive of this, told me to 'just go to bed', however Rizal the cleaner was very apologetic. Some facilities lacking e.g. Fan in dining area. Mould in some of the property. No cold water in the bathroom and poor water pressure in the shower.
Cleaner was lovely and very helpful, organising tours etc for us. Nice room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Shower water pressure was low Water in the pool wasn't looking too clean
AC and fridge in the room were working really well Breakfast was very good (you can choose between fried rice or noodles and 2 eggs cooked in any way. Additionally, some fruit and coffee or tea. Bed was comfy, TV was big for a hotel room Staff was very nice and helpful

Had a choice between a below or top room. First picked a below room, but the rooms are moldy and stink. The top rooms are much better. Hotel needs maintenance, beginning to look run down, everything is white so it kind of looks dirty everywhere. Does not seems to be cleaning of the room
Maybe I'm a bit spoiled by the cheap and good hotels in Asia. This hotel is ok, nice pool, great staff, good breakfast, good bed

Breakfast was so-so. White coffee was good however. The location is not the most perfect, but the island is small enough to get from one side to the other on a bike within 20 minutes. One night a gecko came into our room and we called the staff to come in to remove it. He did look for it but wasn't able to find it so just left. Just be prepared for bugs and other small animals of the like on this island.
This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed at throughout our entire trip in Indonesia. We loved Gili T so much that we extended our stay at this hotel :) The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed their company at times and they helped us out with booking activities such as snorkelling, sunset horse riding on the beach, arranging transport (horse/carriage and bicycles). The pool area was clean and enjoyable. The room was of good quality; bed was comfortable, water cooler available and was changed when it finished, the shower had clean and hot water (unlike other hotels that didn't have this surprisingly). Laundry service was offered.
