Great location,fairly modern rooms,cleaners were amazing, gym has all you need to get a sweat on and the pool is a great size on the rooftop along with the gym. Very good value for money. And the age old question would I stay here again YES definitely

Breakfast is buffet with quite a lot of dishes. However, it can be better even we are not picky people. For example, the staff at the egg station prepare in advance and queue the dishes at the bar, and when someone picks the egg, it is already cold. Pillows are a bit high to us, but the bed is comfy.
Good location, close to beaches and restaurants around Legian and Seminyak. Easy to get a Grab at any time of the day. Staff is friendly enough. There's a huge bar at the ground floor but the room is soundproof, we could sleep well. Facilities are good, free drinking water is in the room and at the corridor of each floor. Paying by card is accepted with no extra fees - which is a plus.

Things got a little noisy at night. I didn't realize the location was nearby the beach and that makes it more expensive than comparable properties more inland.
The breakfast was awesome. I'm not familiar with Indonesian cuisine but they had western options available as well like toast, sausage and eggs. Plenty of coffee/tea, juice, and pastry too. I think cappuccino is also an option. I liked the rooftop pool also

- No hand towel (but you can always ask & request) - Some staffs not speaking English very well. - Sometimes I’ve noticed not every staff can give a smile, and I’m the one who say ‘Hello’ first. But no big problem, maybe they’re just shy.
Affordable price & clean room, super comfortable bed and cute small room. We’re sleeping so good! Breakfast menu is super delicious,especially for the Indonesian breakfast. Good reception. (Ayu & Sasa)

Put the reception and room service numbers on the room phone, I had no idea what they were as not indicated anywhere. Same with wifi access
Definitely met expectations- good substantial breakfast selection which was included (until 10.30), clean, comfortable, cosy and smell-free room/toilet, room service is available with delicious food. Bar and restaurant with smoking area at the front. Safe and comfortable environment. Met all my needs!

A bit of miscommunication. Asked online and before checking in if I could do a late check out. They said yes, will cost me 50% of the tariff and subject to availability. Went to the counter the day before check out and the guy said yes, but you need to pay the full day. I showed him the message in booking.com and then he said, sorry we do not have availability - clearly he was lying as I could see there was availability. He was not helpful at all ( front desk staff evening of the 03.02.25) In the morning (04.02.25) I went and talk to the ladies at the counter who quickly solved it for me. Some people are just zero helpful - It is all about who you talk with. Otherwise, we have a great stay. As always

Traffic noise from main road.
Staff were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly service. Room was adequate for just myself. Breakfast was varied each morning (buffet) with plenty from which to choose. Excellent value. Overall, great Hotel!

Nothing much to fault bathroom's are on the smaller side but still good!
Very pleasant stay. Great staff and good location. Water dispensers are a plus! Great value for money not run down like other cheaper hotels.

The hotel looks too modern and does not match with Bali aesthetics. But everything else is perfect.
Location was very good. The rooms were very clean and well designed. The pool area in rooftop is really cool! Also the gym is nice!

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Stuff was super friendly, special thanks to Sasa at the reception for being always helpful and professional! Room was super clean, gym is small but with amazing view and all needed equipment, pool is cute. And breakfast options were great! Also the location is perfect. Really recommend this hotel. I will come back for sure!

Fantastic stay here, very modern up to date facilities, excellent value for money, rooms are modern, smart television, breakfast buffet has sufficient food, egg station great, all staff very nice, rooftop pool lovely and relaxing, option to extend check out till 6am for half a nights rate, good location, filtered water stations available throughout hotel

Rooftop pool area needed cleaning. The pools were a bit murky and needed some attention. We got ripped off twice by the money exchange out the front- he kept touching the money after we double counted and then we were short. Be careful!
Smaller boutique style hotel. Great breakfast and food options at the hotel. Beautiful, friendly staff. Rooms were lovely and comfortable (although bathrooms very small)
