VietnamBreakfast is buffet with quite a lot of dishes. However, it can be better even we are not picky people. For example, the staff at the egg station prepare in advance and queue the dishes at the bar, and when someone picks the egg, it is already cold. Pillows are a bit high to us, but the bed is comfy.
Good location, close to beaches and restaurants around Legian and Seminyak. Easy to get a Grab at any time of the day. Staff is friendly enough. There's a huge bar at the ground floor but the room is soundproof, we could sleep well. Facilities are good, free drinking water is in the room and at the corridor of each floor. Paying by card is accepted with no extra fees - which is a plus.

United StatesThings got a little noisy at night. I didn't realize the location was nearby the beach and that makes it more expensive than comparable properties more inland.
The breakfast was awesome. I'm not familiar with Indonesian cuisine but they had western options available as well like toast, sausage and eggs. Plenty of coffee/tea, juice, and pastry too. I think cappuccino is also an option. I liked the rooftop pool also

Netherlands- No hand towel (but you can always ask & request) - Some staffs not speaking English very well. - Sometimes I’ve noticed not every staff can give a smile, and I’m the one who say ‘Hello’ first. But no big problem, maybe they’re just shy.

AustraliaA bit of miscommunication. Asked online and before checking in if I could do a late check out. They said yes, will cost me 50% of the tariff and subject to availability. Went to the counter the day before check out and the guy said yes, but you need to pay the full day. I showed him the message in booking.com and then he said, sorry we do not have availability - clearly he was lying as I could see there was availability. He was not helpful at all ( front desk staff evening of the 03.02.25) In the morning (04.02.25) I went and talk to the ladies at the counter who quickly solved it for me. Some people are just zero helpful - It is all about who you talk with. Otherwise, we have a great stay. As always

Smaller boutique style hotel. Great breakfast and food options at the hotel. Beautiful, friendly staff. Rooms were lovely and comfortable (although bathrooms very small)
