It was a bit noisy and the AC was loud. The bathroom was small. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but just few of them were good.

The staff was really nice. The hotel has a lot of water collers/dispensers for refill.

Location of hotel is between Seminyak and kuta, can be a little awkward. Not many loungers at pool but never too busy during our stay.

Nothing really we didn’t like but perhaps some new towels would be good as they seemed very used.

The staff at Luminor were all so lovely. Our flight arrived late so we didn’t get there until gone midnight and they were still up ready to check us in. The breakfast buffet was as vast with many choices. The rooms were as pictured and the air con was great. Excellent value for money.

The room for 2 people is great, but since 3 people go into the same room with one additional smaller bed, this is too tight, and there is no space to put your things. There is no real wardrobe or enough shelves so suitcases have to be on the floor all the time. It would be good to have the option to put the suitcases below the bed.

The hotel is pretty nice, everyone is polite and helpful (even when you are jetlagged and late for breakfast <3). It has a good price/quality ratio. The buffet has a wide choice of both Indonesian and European food.
