Great and funny staff, cold swimming pool during hot days was amazing. Easy but fine breakfast bufet. Quiet location close to sunset beach and crowed harbor. Everything what you need is there. Win bonus, it´s diving center inside.

The caged animals and shower in the room

Cheap and good..good value for money, great location, room was ok, shower was old unventilated, and water was unreliable turning on and off in the middle of a shower. Staff were nice, breakfast good but be aware the property has caged animals that seem in pretty disturbing conditions

Dining area, dirty cup's and cutlery, small offer of max 5 ingredients/ dishes and always something of it is missing or cutlery you need to ask for. Flooded bathroom is inevitably because of construction and unstable and rusty pipe Unexperienced staff (but sweet and nice)

Unit's decor needs to be updated. Screens between unit patios would add a more private feel. Breakfast was limited in choice but was ample. Paving the walkway to units would be more user-friendly, especially in wet weather.

Location opposite beach & walking distance to other eateries. The pools were great. Staff were willing to assist however they could if needed. Bed was comfortable. Quiet unit. Grounds were well maintained.

Our air con messed around a bit. Sometimes it wasn’t cold enough, other times it was so cold that it was uncomfortable. In that case it would have been nicer to have a thicker duvet or extra blanket. Also, there were quite a lot of ants around the breakfast buffet area and the water machines which was off putting.

Brilliant location - away from the noise of the centre but with enough shops, restaurants and beach bars nearby. Plus there’s a bar/restaurant on site which does great food. All The staff were kind and friendly and ready to help us with anything. I love that the owners rescue so many vulnerable animals and also have a horse rescue shelter just down the road. I was able to take one of their horses for a morning swim in the sea and it was an incredible experience (aside from the jellyfish stings) - thank you! It was also great to have filter water available all day every day - a great eco conscious choice in an area so impacted by plastic pollution ❤️👍

Breakfast was picked over the first morning but much improved the rest of our stay. Shower flooded but there was a wiping device to help clean up after. Service in cafe was a little slow.

Right next to a beautiful beach where turtles can be spotted easily and even sharks at night. Animals in the accommodation included parrots, cats, and a goat, who were all very friendly. Horses come to graze in the morning, which was beautiful - the owner takes great care of many animals on the island! Rooms were cool and comfortable.

Great area for snorkeling, it was lovely to have the beach so close. The staff is great, the room was simple and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice.

The A/C remote wasn't working, and it hasn't been fixed. We had one morning without any water in our bungalow, there was a problem that was fixed then.

The staff is really friendly, the location with the bar/restaurant on the beach. The A/C and TV in the room, as well as the clean room.

Didn’t like seeing the rescue cats climbing on the breakfast tables eating left over human food for hygiene reasons .

AC was not working on the first day. I believe it was the owner which came to my room to check the AC and was very rude.

The location is perfect. It has it own private beach and beach bar which is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and everything you need. You can just sit on the beach with a coffee in the morning and watch the turtles pop up for air.

The bathroom in the bungalow was super hot with noway of cooling it down but the air con in the bedroom was great. Awesome stay, would return again if ever on Gili T.

Right on the beach. Good location. About 15 minutes on horse and cart from harbour. Staff were amazing and super helpful. The resort does great work with the ‘Horses of Gili’ ensuring the horses on the island are cared for and everything is regulated with the work they do.

Pleasant gardens, well maintained, front bar and beach perfect for watching sunset, food and drinks, very tasty and affordable, a place to relax and enjoy the local area, staff and managers a happy bunch of people, as were all the locals we meet on our walks, none of the hustle and bustle of the main precinct.

Everything was good. Maybe options for breakfast could be more versatile - there were flakes, fruits and toasts. I’d be happy to see there something else- cheese&sausages or oatmeal. But you can order something else in the hotel’s cafe or go outside so I wasn’t upset. By the evening there were a lot of mosquitoes so maybe some anti-mosquitoes things would be useful.

Nice and cozy place. The owners are really lovely people who love animals - they have a goat, two parrots and a lot of adorable cats. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but there are many restaurants and cafes. But be prepared that it’ll be a 20-30 minute horse drive from harbor and drivers will charge you more because of long distance. Room was clean, bathroom was spacious (maybe too much spacious 😅)
