The nozzle in the shower was not adjustable so it pointed at a horizontal angle. This is a minor complaint and the only one I could think of!

Such a comfortable stay. The beds were amazing, we had connecting rooms for our children. The food at the beach bar was really good. Breakfast was well varied and yummy. The beach pool right next to the beach was great. Our kids enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very helpful and kind.

We loved the landscaping of the hotel and how friendly the staff was in general. It was clean, comfy and nice. The staff cleaned and dried the floors when it rained at night and kept the place pretty good condition

The rooms are dated. No gym facilities. The location was quite far out and Grab & Gojek only have bikes (no car taxis) which resulted in an awful ride on a scooter with a very heavy rucksack. There are much better places centrally in Labuan Bajo.

Lovely place here! Swimming pool and private beach is great. Good value for money. Staff are lovely and really helpful. Taxi/ bike needed to get to centre but worked for us as was nice and quiet for sleeping. Would stay again.

Our room ran out of hot water after one shower. The beach could be improved too? It’s nice for photos but not great for swimming.

I think your experience highly depends on the room you get, they are generally big but some struggle with humidity - maybe ask for a view first before committing to a room. My first stay I had a room un second floor which hald mold and was quite worn out. Second stay I had first floor and the room was much cleaner and better! You can walk into town in 30mins, which I did during the day, but took a bike grab at night (solo female traveler)

The pool is awesome, staff so nice!! It was empty during my stay. I appreciated the free black coffee and tea in the reception. Breakfast included in my room rate - fruits awesome, eggs by order otherwise super simple buffet. If you are not a picky eater it’s ok, but I wouldn’t like to eat here for many days in a row. Free transport to and from airport in a car was a great deal and no fuss, also included in my room rate. Very good price performance!!!

The pool bar/restaurant had very high prices. We went just outside the hotel to coffee shop/cafe for more reasonable prices and great food. The beach on either side of the resort is terribly littered with trash and junk. It’s unfortunate, but it ruins the ambiance of the area.

The hotel has wonderful landscaping outside and around it. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They give you big beds and cold A/c! The pool area is nice and the kids loved the beach. The breakfast is large and yummy! Our family of 6 had 3 rooms and was very comfortable for our stay.

The only small let down which is no fault of the hotel itself, is the properties either side of Luwansa have a lot of junk and trash on their sections of the beach, which spoils luwansa’s beach a bit.

We originally only booked to stay two nights here as we were not sure of our plans, but ended up booking an extra week. Restaurant is really good; good selection of food and drinks at really reasonable prices, ate here many times and never became unwell, everything seemed fresh and cooked to order. The pool is nice and well maintained. The rooms are big and airy with comfortable beds and good showers. Housekeeping offered daily if you need it.

Both of the rooms we had were missing towels for the face/hands which were quickly provided after we’ve asked. Every room only had 1 robe which just left and impression that they run low on supplies:) but that wasn’t a big issue. What my problem with the place was is that the second evening we have seen numerous bugs (little cockroaches) in the bathroom coming out of the space between sink and the counter. Brrr wasn’t a fan, gladly it was our last night.

The hotel is big and the swimming pool is a great part of why we liked it: big, right on the beach with nice warm water when it’s chill and cool water when it’s hot:)

The hotel desperately needs good maintenance. Rooms are slightly dilapidated; for example: AC unit leaked into wall boards and started to mold. Walls are in desperate need of a paint job.

our room got flooded after a big storm. but the staff upgraded our room to a villa. it was a small discomfort but solved brilliantly. didnt like the beach, it is a man made beach but the view is nice.

I liked the value for money. wifi was real good also for video call. my room had router. they also offer laundrry srevices. to go to town we rented a scooter at the hotel and was super close (8min drive). great breakfast!

Room in the main bldg nice.All staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast much better than in other city hotels. Swimming pool nice and warm. The only issue is the beach a lot of silt from sea despite the staff cleans on daily basis. Both side neighbors don't care..free airport shuttle bonus

Unfortunately the beach is not ideal for swimming during the wet season because of debris from the mountains, but it’s beautiful anyway.

It was a little isolated in its location and with no Gojek ect it is quite hard to move around- we had to rely on rides from the hotel (which we were really grateful for)

It was great value for money and the airport pick up was great
