We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOutdoor doors are a bit squeaky when closing but great otherwise!
We loved our stay at the Merci Resort villa! We staff is lovely, the restaurant associated with the villas is great, we ordered breakfast there every day and often lunch or dinner, they bring it to the villa as well. The villa was beautiful, very comfortable beds!

AustraliaIf you want a peaceful sleep - bring some wax ear plugs. It’s extremely loud in the top bedroom. If I had known it was right next to a club - that plays base music until 3am (everyday) - I would have booked at another location.
Location is close to many things. Staff were really nice and very attentive. Very clean and tidy.

the location was great as the villa was in the middle of everything, we could walk to all shops and restaurants. major shopping close by and 6 minutes to the beach. the villa pool was fantastic for a refreshing swim in privacy.

AustraliaA big thank you to Made and Putu, they are wonderful ladies and really look after your needs whilst staying at the villa. I hope the owner appreciates these ladies!!! The location is great plenty restaurants/money changers/massage places etc, also close to Seminyak Beach, and generally our family enjoyed Seminyak and not the rush of Kuta. If you get a chance go to Seminyak Beach at night it's full of eating places and a great way to unwind, sit on a bean bag on the sand a sip a cocktail. Bali is such a nice place and we will return.

Good location, very large, comfortable rooms with King beds and spacious bathrooms beautiful pool and well fitted out kitchen. Breakfast was not included but the manager recommended 2 places which were nearby and they were both excellent.

Australiaunfortunately there was a mouse hiding in the kitchen, the upstairs master bedroom (although equipped with two aircons) was almost too hot to sleep in. A little bit noisy especially if you’re after a peaceful sleep and lastly no hot water in the showers. Luckily, because the days were hot, the cool showers were refreshing so not a lot of need for hot water.
Easy walk to shopping, beach and food. Big, comfortable beds and staff offered daily cleans.
