AustraliaWe had an issue with the shower temperature, it kept cycling between very hot and very cold every 30 seconds. The mixer tap didn't seem to work as expected and this was not able to be resolved during our stay. The private pool had an issue where it kept draining too much and then gurgling while the fountain/filter was running (not a big issue, however the pool would be cleaner if filter ran constantly). The TV in the villa is a smart TV however it kept disconnecting from the WiFi and only had Amazon Prime (no Netflix, Disney etc and I could not get the casting to work properly).
The villa is very large, modern and beautiful! Loved the marble and wooden features, felt very luxurious! The staff were very friendly and the local restaurant Mimpi Manis around the corner is great, a real hidden gem! The surrounding area is rice paddies and other villas, its very quiet and peaceful! The daily breakfast in the room was delicious.

United StatesGorgeous, spacious villa in a quiet area with surrounding rice paddies. The private pool and patio were amazing! Huge bathroom, lovely soaps, and a fantastic lounging tub for relaxing. The breakfast was delivered to the villa with delicious, large portions and fruit platter. I had one of the best massages ever ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. SingaporeDefinitely will have insects since it is situated within the rice fields especially when it rains. But when the weather is good it is fine.
Price was affordable and size of the place is huge! Well worth the price. Location is good if you are looking to visit attractions like Mount batur, Tegalallang rice fields, Tukad cepung waterfall and Ubud market. It is all within a 1 hour drive. It is also very peaceful at night away from the city! Many different packages for car hire offered by the hotel. If you want to hire a driver last minute they can help to arrange within the hour! Staff were all very friendly and you can order and get breakfast delivered to your room daily.
