Location is a bit inconvenient and not as close to the main shopping and eating establishments as the web site suggests. Necessitated a Grab to get to them.

As the villa is located in the outskirts of Ubud, it is not surprising to see insects in the area. Thankfully, the villa is clean and well-maintained.

The staff (Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Spa) were very friendly and welcoming with smiles. They made me feel very welcomed. I really enjoyed the spacious villa, private pool and spa facilities. Having in-room breakfast was amazing and the meals arrived quickly.

Some might find it unusual to see some nature in their verandah or room. You are likely to see some wall geckos, frogs (who may or may not be mating), snails and various flying friends (eg. House flies or mosquitos). In any case, I don't mind them but please be aware that nature is harmless and just doing it's own thing.

Amazing front staff and all staff involved in the Mahayoga Villa infrastructure. From the folks who brought luggage and food to our rooms, to the Keenandra restaurant staff to the folks cleaning our rooms, each individual exhibited an extraordinary level of politeness and care towards us. We got a package that included breakfast at the villa hotel every day and let me tell you, I have never had so many seasonal fruits before and enjoyed it all! The menu is diverse in the restaurant and you are able to order to your room as well. There is a spa within as well with reasonable prices. I recommend getting the full body massage or the biokos facial. The room was wonderful and had everything we wanted. It was extravagance within nature with our own private pool. The layout of the villa is clever with a pool-verandah leading into and insulated air-conditioned bedroom and then into a pseudo-outdoor washroom whereby the shower room looks out into some heavy leafy foliage. The hotel also helped me arrange a scooter rental from one of their partners and it was such a helpful mode of transport to have.

Team, please change curtains as it is already worn off and a bit moldy which is bad for health. It will not cost you much money but will bring you grateful customers.

Smell in the bathroom but can’t be helped with sewage related issues - staff provided everything we needed to deal with the issue.

Cute villa , amazing pool, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a weird smell but the staff were so nice and provided scent spray and bug spray for us. We had no issues with bugs or lizards with the outdoor area (massive bonus). Staff were lovely. Restaurant next door is amazing for breakfast and dinners aswell.

Mahayoga Ubud is in such a great location! Everything is exactly as pictured. Very close to the Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. Lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the property. If taking a Gojeck, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the center where you can enjoy shopping and great eats. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and there is usually someone always at the front desk that can assist you with any needs or concerns.

The light in the bathroom area was a little harsh, but that’s a personal preference :)

The villa is fantastic - we loved the bedroom with comfortable bed, outdoor shower and private pool. This place allowed us to have a very relaxing time in Ubud. Every morning we had fresh fruit served from the local restaurant to our room. And of course the staff - they are so accommodating and friendly, it really made our stay even better. We recommend the SPA too, we went twice :)

Nothing comes in mind, honestly.

The location is good, 5 minutes from the main area. The villa was kept clean all the time, and the staff was lovely. There is a SPA attached. The SPA could be improved, though. There is a small restaurant, not a lot of choices on the menu, though, but it's just outside the villa, so very covenient. They can organise a scooter rental for you. They provide you with bath towels and also a pool towel and bottles of water. A/C keeps the room super cool! The room has a good size TV and it comes with disney+, Amazon prime and Netfilx, all with accounts. This is great!!!

An excellent complex with villas and a eatery With nice vibe, road view and delicious breakfasts and other dishes. It's situated in a prime location, north of Ubud's center and south of Ubud's slightly more rural and tranquil natural area. The villa is beautifully designed. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a pool with a closed-off kitchen and living area upstairs. The air-conditioned bedroom leads to a bathroom at the back, which is also partially open, creating an outdoor feel. The villa is well-maintained and modern, offering a lovely blend of contemporary and traditional styles. The staff is incredibly friendly. Upon returning, the room was always clean and tidy, just as it was on the first day.
