We loved everything about it. It is in a very good position for the beaches and shops of Sanur. It was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we wanted and needed in the rooms, including robes and slippers. Every member of staff that we met was friendly, helpful and smiley. Communication was excellent. Housekeeping were great and brought a treat and the next day's weather forecast each evening. The pool was lovely. We didn't get to use the spa but it looked very inviting. We only booked 2 nights but wished we could stay longer. We will definitely book here again. We highly recommend.

Maison Aurelia is brilliant! Room setup worked very well for us with young children, a central lounge so we could close off when the kids were asleep. Beds are comfortable. AC works well. Bathrooms are compact and could be cleaned a bit better / upgraded but are OK Cork restaurant is very convenient and good food wise - perfect for the kids and us when we couldn’t get out in the evening. Their wine selection is amazing - live music Monday to Thursday from 7-10pm, we could have a glass of wine and listen to the music from our balcony. Location is very handy with money exchange, souvenirs, grocery shops, pharmacy, and a short walk to the beach. Adult Bicycles available for free to use Very good coffee shops on the way (Lillian, bread basket and kopi coffee very good) Spa on site is very good too and we were happy to pay for the convenience of it all. Many spas also very close to the hotel Staff are extremely helpful, they couldn’t do enough to help us. It was such a smooth experience that we are in fact going back to stay there again! Don’t think twice about booking here

Everything was great so I'm really nitpicking to say this - the blind in the shower in the double room could do with updating.

On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink of some iced tea. We were a few hours early so they offered to store our bags until our rooms were ready and text me on Whatsapp if the room was ready any earlier than 2pm. Staff were so kind and friendly here, it really made a difference to the stay. Our flight the next day was at midnight so we asked for late checkout - they offered us 1pm for free or 6pm for 50% of the room rate, which we opted for. Our suite was really nice, comfy bedding, a nice sized living area with TVs in all rooms. The two bedrooms had separate bathrooms. They provided towels for us to take to the beach, which is a short walk away. The pool area at the hotel was very pretty and the daybed loungers were a nice touch. Location was good, plenty of shops and restaurants were walkable but we found it more convenient to use taxis in the heat.

If I had to find fault the shower controls were a little unreliable when switching between overhead and hand shower. But really not that much of a problem.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The restaurant is amazing and menu varied and tasty. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. So good we even changed plans and come back again at the end of our two week trip.

They have free bikes you can use but I felt they could be updated.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Loved the fresh bottled water delivered each day. My room was made up twice a day with a small treat delivered each night. It's the small touches that makes a holiday special. Two air conditioners in a spacious room, great for beating the humidity. The shower pressure great. The restaurant Cork is attached to the hotel. Great food and some nights had live music. The music stops about 10.30-11pm.

I always stay here on my arrival into Bali. Just cannot fault the staff or the hotel.

Gusto and all the front desk staff are wonderful. The bed is large and just soooo comfortable. Lovely thick pillows and white linen. The bathroom is small but adequate. The room itself is very large. Fruit and nuts in the room on arrival.

Hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere. All the staff we spoke to were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our time in Sanur and found it a perfect location to relax and unwind. We liked that the hotel was not too big and therefore never felt overcrowded. Our room was light and airy and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant on several occasions.
