Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsNothing actually! Maybe only the breakfast, this was a little modest. But sometimes the people gave a little Balinese delicious sweetness extra, that was very nice.
The location and the house were just like paradise! We would come back, because it is very comfortable. The location is 15 min from Ubud (which you can rent at the accommodation). We loved it, because it was very peaceful and beautiful, and still close enough to Ubud.

UkraineIt's not a bad thing, just a note for travelers. It's a 10-15 minute ride on a scooter to get to the center, so better to rent a scooter or use Grab/Gojack apps for a taxi.
An incredible rice-field view from a very relaxing place. Enjoyed every minute of being there. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. While there is a list of breakfast options, it's customizable which is awesome. One of the best stays.

United Statesthe google maps location is accurate, but the signage could be better, since its actually set back quite a bit from the main road. the dirt path to get to the property could be better lit. it was really dark coming back at night, where even my phone flash didn't help much. but it was still worth it.
i cannot even express how amazing staying here was. i had to take a video and show it off to my friends because i couldn't believe the value for the price. it's such an insanely beautiful property.

SingaporeWhen traffic is heavy, it can take a long time (30+ minutes to get into town)
Beautiful quiet setting among the rice fields, but right next to a main road so relatively easy to get transport. Nice little pool. Staff were very helpful with all our requests.

Everything was perfect, You stay in the middle of rice fields and lush greenery, place is secluded but very close to the centre of Ubud. Place is very clean, our private hut was very spacious. You can also rent a scooter at the guesthouse which makes Your travelling easier. The host is very helpful and caring.

PhilippinesI've noticed that the two rooms we booked only share one heater. Whenever both showers are in use, the heater gets weak and you'll definitely feel the ice cold water. And since this is a rural area, be sure to book your own driver ahead of time because public transport is not readily available.
This place is very peaceful and quiet so if you're looking for the "Nature" type of stay, this is it!. It's a 2 minute walk from the main road and is surrounded by rice fields. The breakfast we had was great especially their coffee! It's located very near Ubud Center which makes everything accessible. They even have motorbike rentals! But what really makes this place special is how hospitable and accommodating they are! English maybe tough sometimes but they'll do their best to understand you. Eka and Kade really did their best to accommodate us! They are the ones that make this place special and heart warming. We'll definitely come back here once we visit Ubud again!

TurkeyThe bed was smelly. There were not enough power plugs (there were 3 in my room, 1 was broken, there were 2 lamps that I could not use). The back view looks to the back path where the staff always walks around looking directly inside the room with curious eyes.
The view was amazing. The breakfast was so nice. The location was great just in front of a nice Hindu and Budist temple. They made my bed everyday even though it was not so clean. Nice garden sculptures.
