The wall are pretty thin so you hear everything from the other rooms.

The staff was awesome, three toilets and four showers, the best nasi campur of Kuta just in front of the place. AC works well and the free water is nice and fresh.

The mosquitos are pretty bad. but is was also rain season. just make sure to have spray.

Took a little to find someone once I reached property. Staff guy who served me looked miserable pretty much my whole stay. Rooms get a little hot dont know if my ac pump was broken. Can be a little load if you have neibhours who talk alot.

Structure is new, cozy atmosphere inside the bungalow, nice porch. Bathrooms are in common but were ok. Bed was very comfy, probably still new mattress.

the huts are very nice, in the bathroom is enough space for everybody and there is water, coffee and tea for free - in front of the hut is a nice space to sit and the location is very good!

There were refillable shower gel containers on the shower walls, but they were unfortunately back to offering single use miniature products in the room, would love to see quality products in the dispensers again instead. If you aren't an early riser or happen to be a light sleeper, be prepared and bring earplugs as the roosters they keep in boxes nearby start crowing at 4-5am and just don't stop. The walls are also rather thin between rooms and you can easily hear your neighbors. Rooms a bit on the small side for 2, but perfect for 1!

Amazing new build private rooms! Loved that this was clean, comfortable, and the AC functioned well.The bathrooms were cleaned every day and the toilets were always spotless. It's ~20 minute walk into town, or less than 5 minutes on a motorbike. Very comfortable bed, great lighting, towel provided, adequate outlets for charging and the staff were so friendly. Also had free coffee/tea and water refill available at all times, lovely! The price is very competitive for the area and it wasn't often you could find a hostel for any less. They also provide covered scooter parking, which is very appreciated during rainy season!

The bathroom is shared and outdoors. Even though I saw them cleaning it frequently, there were always bugs and lizards because it is outdoors. We also were woken up early each morning by roosters, the mosque, and our neighbours because the walls are very thin.

The bed was comfortable and the location was decent, not a far walk to the busy part of town. They also supplied unlimited filter water during our stay.

The bathroom could use cleaning more and the rooms aren’t sealed near the ceiling so you get a good amount of insects in the room at night.

Staff at the property speak little English making communication somewhat difficult, the chalets lack any sound proofing at all, and provision of fresh sheets and towels could be more regular for those staying more than just a few days.

The chalets are in a nice setting, and whilst en suite facilities are not available, the shower/toilet block provides ample facilities for all guests. The situation is a quiet location and yet handy for all the life in Kuta Town.

Can hear everything from next door. Shower- the drain in one of the showers was blocked No common areas. Room was a bit dusty They need to invest in something to keep the door from hitting the frame (could be a piece of rubber) as they are very loud. Every time someone closes the door it seems like they are slamming it.

I think this place has great potential but needs some improvements. The bungalows are clean and nice. Loved the wooden patio. The guys working there are wonderful

It’s a quiet place, everything is clean if the people who book a room also are clean and the staff is very friendly. They have also a restaurant “Kuta Grill and Bar” where you get 5% discount.

The rooms are really small, they are one beside the other one and you can listen when the neighbor its breathing. The staff are making too much noise during the late night and early morning.

They had free cold/hot water to drink, coffe and tea and a fridge. The showers are to share but really amazing pressure. The air con works really good and the beds are really comfy.

newly opened hotel, quite good, but some things need to follow general standards such as; summer season so that more effort is made on the cleanliness of the floors, tissue paper in the rooms, cleanliness of shared toilets, including showers and accessories that must be cleaned after guests leave, hand washing areas so there is soap and tissue paper, breakfast etc. is delicious... the management is always successful...

good location and reasonable price for a private room and AC dogs barking during the night and very invasive (i like dogs) but they can't give you your space; the walls are too thin, impossible to sleep, i've heard slamming doors and different noise all the time
