One bedroom villa was amazing, great design, bed was comfortable, staff were brilliant, food at restaurant was good. Loved the outdoor living area and pool. Whenever we needed a taxi, they organised within minutes. Highly recommend 👌

the sun only covered the villa or pool for 3 hours of the day, they had construction works outside so was loud in the day and ruined the view, we ordered a motorbike through the hotel and was a lot more expensive than other places, same with the taxis they booked us was hugely over priced compared to other taxis, little bit out the way so you’ll definitely need a ped or taxis

STUNNING 1 bed villa, it’s as beautiful as the pictures, the food in restaurant was delicious, staff were super friendly, nicest place we stayed in whole of Bali, would definitely stay again when the construction works finish

Absolutely everything 😊 Mango Ubud is amazing! The Villa and outdoor space is incredible; everything has been complete to an extremely high standard. The bed is the most comfortable place I have ever slept and waking up to the nature and of Ubud was incredible! it appears that it’s in the middle of nowhere bit there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by, you just need to walk out (take a torch) The centre of Ubud is about 5 minutes in a taxi. Absolutely loved Ubud and Mango Villas and would definitely book again!!

Eveything was perfect! The location, the staff. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything! They Helpdesk us with shuttle from the AirPort and even with a guide. I recommend Putu Ricky as guide. He is polițe, kind, very friendly and knows everything. You can ask them what you need and they will help you. It was a veri pleasant experience. We will cine again here!

Seasoning of food could be more consistent e.g. salad was oversalted but eggs could use some seasoning. Would be nice to have some slippers.

Villa consist of outdoor living (living room, pool, kitchen) and indoor living (bedroom and toilet); it was spacious and large. Good wifi connection. There was a travel adapter in the room --> much appreciated!

This villa was supposed to be a beautiful, relaxing stay—but instead, we feel completely ripped off and cheated. I wish someone had been this honest in the reviews, because we would have never booked this place. We booked for 2 nights (~$700 AUD) expecting a high-end, peaceful experience. Instead, we were met with poor maintenance, unhygienic conditions, safety concerns, constant noise, and a complete lack of basic amenities. Please look at all the evidence in my review! SERIOUS SECURITY RISK. The villa door cannot be locked from the outside, only from the inside. This means that when you leave, anyone (or anything) can enter your villa. This made us feel extremely unsafe. Severe mildew smell and dampness throughout the room—everything felt musty and unclean. MOLD ON THE CEILINGS—a serious health hazard that proves poor ventilation and maintenance. This is completely unacceptable for a “luxury” villa. Filthy upholstery on the bed and seating areas—stained, dirty, and unhygienic. It looks like it has never been properly cleaned. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. Cobwebs everywhere. This villa clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. If they can’t even dust the corners, how can we trust that anything else is sanitized? The dining table was visibly dirty—I had to clean it myself with wet wipes, and they came away covered in grime. This proves that surfaces are not properly wiped down between guests. Dirt, dust, and dead insects in multiple areas of the villa. The photos prove that nobody is cleaning these spaces properly. The air conditioning unit is installed behind a wall, with only a small gap for the cold air to pass through. This completely defeats the purpose of A/C, as most of the cold air remains trapped behind the wall instead of cooling the room. The design is impractical and frustrating. The bathroom sink was absolutely filthy, covered in grime, dirt and mould. It clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.

Property is a bit run down. A little upgrading will be better. It’s an outdoor concept villa. Plants will need a bit of trimming as it’s too overgrown. As my stay was during a raining season, a lot of bugs, flies and mosquitoes was around. Even though my room door was close all the time, flies n lizard poop was found on the bed and table tops. Toilet is an outdoor concept. So have to bear with the flies and bugs being around.

Bed was comfortable. Food was delicious and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful during my stay.

The worst hotel ever, my husband and I were on our honeymoon and we hated the vila. We got attacked with bugs and the room was filthy.

We were disappointed that the first day we checked in, we were advised we could not use the pool and only response back from the staff was they could not control the weather. The villa also lacked amenities. There was no cutlery or milk for tea and coffee in the kitchen. The staff also took a very long time to respond to WhatsApp messages even though they had read them. Amazing villa but you can definitely get more for your money in Bali.

The Villa was lovely. Bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable! The outdoor shower and bath was amazing.

The downstairs aircon didn’t work properly even after asking to get it fixed they couldn’t manage to fix it. Didn’t offer and alternative for a room being to hot to sleep in. 20 minutes away in a car from the main centre of Ubud. When asked about our checkout we advised them the time we would be getting picked up from the airport. As we were leaving to go to the airport we were told to wait while they checked the room even though notice was given that we were leaving at this time. Food at the cafe was expensive, dishes were left for 24 hours at the door where room services usually collects from.

The pool was great and the Sun loungers were spacious. It was nice to watch the rain come in in the afternoons.

There were no kitchen utensils, not even a bowl to put chips in. Or a sharp knife to cut lemons. There also needs to be a bigger fridge, not just a mini bar fridge. There was a hob for cooking but nothing to cook with, don't know why it was there. There was no coffee supplied only tea. For the price paid I do expect a little more for my money. Also the place is pretty isolated, which was not a big deal, but to others just a heads up. Ubud is 10 minutes away I good traffic. Also there was no Nasi on menu, which is staple..

Breakfast options very limited. Also the quantity is very very limited. No cutlery in the kitchen. Ac wasn't cooling till the end of the groundfloor room. Very less light in the pool area.

The AC IS ONLY UPSTAIRS IN THE ROOM! Once they get ur money, they treat you like crap. Stop responding on what’s app. THERE IS NO PHONE TO CALL ANYONE IN AN EMERGENCY! The power went out and they never brought a flashlight, or came to check on me. My feet has geckos and bugs all over me from being in the pitch black dark! The water was off. It was truly frightening! THEY HAVE NO GENERATOR! No grab will come get you! I almost missed my flight. Had a pay a local driver double! Do not stay here. They only care about the money. Amex will be handling this situation! As a heavy traveler, I was mind blown and terrified as a solo tourist here. NO LOCK ON THE MAIN DOORS ITS OPEN ALL NIGHT! Pool is filthy!

I didn’t. The rooms are old. Property needs an update. Structure is old. They did cosmetic features.
