Writing this since I'm being asked: The room is a bit bright at night due to the light coming in via the opaque, glass, front door.

Wonderful guest house with pure cotton bedding, laundered in house. It's so nice to sleep in cotton sheets that's odor free, and feels clean. The mattress is also very comfy. There is a mini fridge in the room. The lady of the house has beautiful energy, and she leaves fresh floral buds in the room. Everyone here smiles and greets you kindly, while respecting your privacy. The adult son is in charge and is so respectful of guests. Good location about 10 min walking to a small Shopping Mall as well as plenty of good restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Had a wonderful week long stay! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The family is so genuine and lovely and special mention to Marco the sweetest little dog. Location is amazing, tucked away down a quiet alleyway but 5 min either direction to the beach or Seminyak Square. Free drinking water.

I hadn't realised it was more of a private property setting (with individual rooms that had been transformed into guest accomodation) rather than a hostel/hotel. I was initially confused upon entry to the property. The host and her family were very welcoming though.

Nice quiet room, good facilities including reliable wifi, it was all I needed for my one night stay.

The location is perfect, in the main area but just out the way so very quiet. The family that live downstairs are so lovely and made us feel at home, if I was to come back to seminyak I would definitely stay again

Very Balinese, the entrance is like you just arrived into temple. Comfy, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Good spot near the beaches, near all the local and francies restaurants, tourist attraction providers are also near, one of the best massage place on the same street. Helpful and friendly staff, if something needed they are there.

It was the best place we stayed in all our trip through South-East Asia. The cleaning standars and the quality of all the components are like a 5 star hotel. It just 3 minutes away from the beach, and some really good Warungs. Mare and her family are always ready to help with everything and they have the most beautiful energy ever. If you are an energy-sensible person, this is one of those places where you want to stay forever.

Absolutely nothing

Perfection. We came here for 2 nights and we stay 7. We could have stayed forever. This house is the place to be in Seminyak. Just a 3 min walk to the beach. The energy of the house is very special. Super clean and confortable. The room is huge, has everything you need and more. Very cozy lights and a precious balcony to have the morning tea. The stuff (family) is the most lovely people ever. Big hug to Ioga Mare and Marco!!

Sound of the home Rooster. No proper window, only milky glass door to a shared terrace.

The host is super friendly. Possible to park motorbike. Close to the beach and center. Quiet location.
