Loved my beautiful villa, built by the owner with care and pride, everything was catered for could not ask for more. Lovely family that took me out on 2 trips one with their daughter to the waterfall and trekking in the rice fields both must do.

Since this is a wooden bungalow, the neighbors can be heard well.

A simple bungalow, with everything you need, everything at hand. A huge bathroom. Great view. Location in the very center. Away from the road which I highly appreciated (but no one canceled the roosters like everywhere on Bali)

This place is simply magical! The view is absolutely breathtaking – you’re surrounded by nature and enveloped in complete tranquility, allowing you to disconnect from the world. The bed is huge and, honestly, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom is incredibly spacious with hot water. Komang and his family are the perfect hosts – warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The food is absolutely delicious. I stayed here for 3 nights, and I truly regret not staying longer. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and you never want to leave. I also highly recommend the massage you can enjoy here. If you’re looking for a place to completely unwind and reconnect with nature, this is the perfect spot! Suksma Komang, Mira & entire family! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

This property is run by Komang and his lovely family. They are very hospitable hosts and did their best to make our stay comfortable. They helped arrange bikes and gave us local recommendations. This is a value for money property and is ideal for solo travelers and couples.

There was a bit of drilling going from neighbours construction, it started around 8.30 so breakfast wasn’t as peaceful as hoped. The owner apologised but of course there’s nothing you can do and it didn’t ruin for me, what was a lovely and memorable stay.

A beautifully built, only 8 month old wooden bungalow, down a side pathway off the road (the owners will help you bring luggage). It’s kept very clean, has nice wooden furniture, bright white crisp bedding, a beautiful mosquito net and you’re given the fluffiest cleanest towels I’ve found in all of Bali! Breakfast is served on your balcony terrace overlooking rice fields. There is a hairdryer and kettle also in your room. (Ask the friendly and helpful owners if you’d like to put something in the fridge). Location is good, you will find warungs by going either left or right on the road, more on right up hill though.

Immaculately clean spacious rooms. The host and his family were so welcoming, especially his daughter who is studying hospitality at college, she practiced her English with us and was extremely friendly and did everything to make us comfortable. The location of the rooms is perfect, the village is very walkable and there were many shops and restaurants close by. The view over the rice fields and down the valley was beautiful. We did the rice field walk with the host, it was wonderful and very informative. Breakfast was delicious and they even insisted on providing a very early breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave to catch a ferry. Highly recommended!

The only activity I would not do again is the trek through the rice field. I had hoped to learn more about local life, culture and farming and maybe see some stunning views but it was more like a normal stroll through some abandoned hotel area and rice fields with some company. For that, I think it was a bit expensive for Sidemen area (250.000 IDR). You can easily explore on your own.

Beautiful place with fantastic view, very nice family and great food! Lots of activities to choose from, I loved the trip to the Gembleng waterfall with Mira in the early morning and Warung Tirta Unda is a fantastic restaurant nearby.

Great view and good facilities. Owner was very helpful and his daughter was kind and helpful too. They helped me arrange a tour of rice fields, scooter to a waterfall and a taxi to the port. A 10-15 min walk to restaurants but lovely views on the way

Nothing everything was perfect

This place is a little paradise. The rooms are large, beautiful, clean and have a great view. The bathroom is top-notch too, so there's nothing to complain about. The hosts are adorable and speak very good English! We tried the massages and they were great too. The location is very good, you can walk everywhere nearby and even go as far as the rice field. The breakfasts are perfect too. We were in a heaven for 3 days, we can only recommend this place!

Getting back to basics. It had the most wonderful view and was very cute. Fortunately the weather was coolish, so a fan was adequate, but I don’t I would have survived without AC if it had been hot.

I treated myself to two nights here and it did not disappoint! I really did love it, my favourite place I have stayed in Bali so far. Lovely family running it too. Would recommend!
