Our stay at The Marc with my partner and parents was fantastic. From the delicious breakfast to the clean and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient. In the evening, the restaurant offers live shows, and both the food and performances are exceptional. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff—always welcoming, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

Not much room around the pool to sunbathe. Beanbags not the most comfortable either.

Superb location. Right on the main strip, but I wasn't disturbed by loud noises at all. Very comfortable bed and lovely room with tea/coffee on hand. the staff were super nice also. My stay was very enjoyable.

Pool area want the greatest..no where to lounge only on the side of the pool but that was a small area.

Hotel had the best location with only a few minutes walk from ferry port, the rooms were very clean & modern, The staff were amazing so friendly the owner Pak miftah always made time to chat, Donj & the other restaurant staff were all lovely, the breakfast had a brilliant choice, swimming pool over looking the sea, will definitely be back

Nothing just that our stay was too short.

Best location, walking to distance from the harbour so it’s perfect for travellers with luggage. You can also walk to restaurants, bars and convenient shops. The hotel is beautiful, has breakfast, a beautiful pool and right across the beach. The staff was amazing especially Rocky, he helped me surprise my partner with a birthday room setup. They also let us leave our bags after checking out to go explore one last time.

The restaurant food and beer price expensive. Consequently, much better value literally 10 steps away next door.

Hotel within 5 minute walk from Harbour. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water for shower. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast provided.

Room spacious and comfy. A short walk from the ferry port, no need to book transport to and from the hotel.

musty smelling room. shower glass needs resealing, when you shower the small bathroom area gets very wet.

On check in our air conditioning did not work, nor did the TV, they were quick to attend to it which led to some work on teh roof and a deluge of water from the roof and a leak in the roof of our room. Again they were quick to offer a new room with no quibble once they saw the water coming from the ceiling. The children had a room in the basement level and it smelled musty and in need of a good airing. again they offered to change to another room but the new room was just as musty smelling. The staff are great though, Maya the trainee front of house person was fantastic, attentive and professional. She helped with a lot of tasks that made our stay more enjoyable. The shower is lovely, powerful and hot.

Swimming pool needs work on access, as you have to walk around near people eating to get to the steps of the pool. Either need more steps to access. And more pool loungers on fake grass area, and tables moved near pool access steps.

Lovely and clean, fantastic location close to the jetty. Staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Pool was lovely to cool off in after a hot day. Gili T was my favourite spot on my trip to Indonesia. Rooms look like the photos advertised. Everything you need in your room, water each day.

The pool needs maintenance as some tiles were unglued, and it can be dangerous as the tiles is very sharp, and the WiFi didn’t work properly during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was excellent, only few minutes walking from the port, the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was clean, and the shower was great.

The aircon wasn’t cold enough it was too hot on a night, no windows to open in our rooms and a couple of stains on the bed/sheets

The hotel was in a good location straight off the boat and a 2 minute walk. Pool had a really nice view, the food was really nice and so was the staff.

I think something that could be improved is the breakfast station, the coffee machine to be exact. I was looking for a good coffee/ latte in the morn and they only got the instant brew machine (not nespresso) the one you usually have in the office. It would be better if they could improve the coffee station since not everyone likes sweet coffee from the machine. Pot-brewed black coffee (just like the tea) is also fine since you could add the milk your own.

Everything is spotless clean, and the location is smacking in the middle.. if you look for a spot for sunset and live music in the evening everything is in walking distance. Def would recommend or come back in the future.
